This Friday is the New Moon in Aries - bringing the total planets in this sign to 7: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Neptune and Saturn.

This is a powerful time for an energetic reset with this new moon. 🌚 What or who do you need to reclaim your energy from? 🔋Remember your own energy is one of the few things in life we have full control of. ⚡️How are you utilizing it?

Swipe to the end for affirmations by me!

Sunday flows are my favorite. I felt inspired by this upcoming New Moon in Aries on April 17th to play with spiral 🌀 movements. Asking how do we build strength through repetition and dynamic movement rather than brute force? This one’s got a little something for everyone, especially those looking for a challenge 🔥♈️😮‍💨

Join me for hot vinyasa 🔥 Tuesdays 5:15pm @pfyjerseycity to try this flow with me! Or try this one at home and borrow my flow! by @kenzie_pii

Happy Birthday to the love of my life, my best friends and future husband. @trashrose

See you at the altar baby 💒🥰 by @kenzie_pii
