One day, the things we see every single day might be the things we miss the most.

The familiar places, the little routines, the faces we love, and all those ordinary moments we never thought twice about.

Maybe that's why I've always loved photography so much. It's a way of holding onto little pieces of time, even when life keeps moving.

So take the pictures. Document your life. Even the moments that seem too ordinary to remember.

Because one day, they might be the memories you treasure most. ✨ by @kepzelet_creations

One person. So many different sides to capture. ✨

That's one of the things I love most about portrait photography. A single portrait session can tell so many different stories through expressions, movement, lighting, and those little in-between moments.

From soft, natural portraits to something a little more bold and creative, every photograph brings out a different side of the same person.

For me, portrait photography isn't just about getting the perfect shot. It's about capturing personality, individuality, and creating beautiful portraits that feel authentic to the person in front of my camera💖

A different kind of art in the sky. 🖤

A few moments captured at Johannesburg Skydiving Club's Spring Day, where adrenaline meets artistry.

From dramatic smoke trails to incredible flag displays, these skydivers know how to put on a show.

There's something special about capturing moments that happen in the blink of an eye.

For a moment, she wandered into a world of her own making. 🌿✨

A little fairytale-inspired self-portrait, with warm autumn tones, wild greenery and a touch of creative editing.

Because sometimes I like to step out from behind the camera and into the stories I love to create. 🤎

And just like that, their little world is about to grow. 🤍

One more tiny heartbeat, one more little hand to hold, and a whole new chapter of love waiting to unfold.
The quiet connections, the little giggles, the gentle touches, and all the love that already surrounds the newest little addition.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes the smallest moments hold the biggest memories.💖

A little bit of magic, a little bit of motherhood. 🌸✨

Soft light, delicate details, and the quiet beauty of a new chapter waiting to unfold.

There is something so special about capturing this season of life. The anticipation, the gentle moments, and the beautiful transformation that comes with growing a little life

A touch of whimsy, a little artistic magic, and memories turned into something that feels almost like a fairytale. 🤍

Before the tiny hands, the sleepy nights, and a whole new chapter begins again… there’s this. 🤍

The waiting, the excitement, and those quiet moments together before another little love joins their world.
Just the two of them, soaking in this beautiful in-between season. A little piece of their maternity story, captured forever. ✨

Misty mornings at the barn for my weary soul. 🤎

There’s just something about mornings like this. Horses moving like shadows through the haze, the world still half asleep, and everything feeling a little quieter and softer than usual. ✨️

Some mornings make you wish you could stay right there, somewhere between the mist and the morning light. The kind of moments that remind me why I chose this life, even on the hard days. 🐴🌾

She had spent her whole life between the pages,
falling in love with worlds that didn't exist and dreaming of places she could never reach.
Until one evening, the pages faded and her dreams became reality. ✨📖🌾

I've been learning more about portrait retouching lately. Experimenting, creating, and finding a little more magic in every edit. ✨️ 💛

I used to think dreams arrived all at once.

Now I think they grow slowly.

In trees planted for a future you cannot see yet. In fences built, gardens tended, animals cared for, and ordinary afternoons spent beneath the sun.

Piece by piece, we’re growing a life here.
Maybe that’s why I love photographs so much. They let me gather up these fleeting little pieces of our life and keep them somewhere safe.

Self portraits, with my favourite person behind the camera helping me capture the life we’re building together. 🌿💚📸 @restofret
