no family is perfect but I love mine regardless.
I am thankful for God, for taking care of us, providing for us, blessing us. thankful that even when we sin against one another, we still love one another. not just through words but also actions.💛

7 years later but it still feels like home!
thank You God for your sweet presence.

made this post in October but for some reason i didn’t post it!
what a year 2025 has been, looking through my gallery, i am reminded of God’s faithfulness.

completed my first ever half-marathon in October’25 this was a crazy side-quest, if anyone knew me at any point in my life, I’ve always disliked running. Why would one willingly run miles, doing the same exact movement (like so boring right i thought, since i dance). A friend spoke wise words and said “it is to train your discipline”. Oo okay. At the start, I always needed friends to run with to feel like okay I can do this because they were doing this with me. In one incident when I was supposed to meet a friend to run my first 10km together, God reminded me of how I am never alone and that I can do this with Him and that He was there with me even if I was scared and felt like I couldn’t do it. There was NO way we would miss one another since we were running on the same path with our locations turned on. But somehow we kept missing each other and before we knew it, I had already ran my first 10km by myself :O

Younger me would never have believed that Kerine would ever run a half-marathon, just really detested running so much. But God changed my heart and challenged me this year! & by His grace and strength I was able to complete my first 21.1km WOOHOO! 🙌🏻❤️ tyj by @kerine.lam

First time taking a solo photo-booth but thought it’s a wonderful day to celebrate Jesus’ birthday!❤️

I’m so grateful for God, how He loves & endlessly pursues His children, how He has transformed my life, how He has shown me the truth of who He has created me to be.

On this day the King was born in a manger (a feeding trough for farm animals). Oh what a lowly and humble place to be born, let alone for the Son of God!

The only thing that separates us from God—from love, truth, and life—is our sin and our pride.

So, at the ninth hour of when Jesus took our sin on the cross, He cried to our Father in heaven “my God, my God why have You forsaken me?”
To bear our sin, He was separated from our Father—in torment, in anguish, to experience what it feels like to be forsaken…

Jesus went through it all so that we can be washed clean, restored and brought back into relationship with our Father in heaven, so that we can love and live purely again.

Today, we set our eyes on the King and the miracle that He is here for us and with us. Behold, the blameless lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

“If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”- ‭‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭
