Kerrygold brought a little extra goodness to the ICES Cake Expo. From creamy milkshakes to delicious pancakes, we loved showing everyone the many ways to enjoy Kerrygold Full Cream Milk. Here’s a recap of the moments we shared at the expo. by @kerrygoldnigeria
I’ve been wanting to make crumpets at home, so we’re doing that for this episode of Kerrygold Mornings. I made mine with Kerrygold Full Cream Milk and served them with this warm vanilla milk butter sauce, and fresh berries. That sauce, though! I honestly think I could pour it over just about anything. And with a glass of cold milk on the side? Beautiful way to start the morning. Have you ever made crumpets at home, or do you usually buy yours? #AD #Kerrygoldmornings #KerrygoldMilk #ChefBritty by @kerrygoldnigeria
Some mornings call for something a little more special. This mornings, we’re making babka with creamy white chocolate, earthy matcha and toasted mixed nuts, wrapped in a soft, buttery dough made with Kerrygold Full Cream Milk. And because one use of milk just wasn’t enough, I made condensed milk from scratch with Kerrygold Full Cream Milk, too! Rich, nutty, buttery, with those beautiful green ribbons running through every slice. Would you try this for breakfast? #AD #Kerrygoldmornings #KerrygoldMilk #ChefBritty by @kerrygoldnigeria
Back-to-school mornings are busy enough, so I’m always looking for little treats I can prep ahead and have ready for the kids. 🧁 These soft, fluffy lunchbox cupcakes are easy to make, delicious, and perfect for adding a little something special to their lunchboxes throughout the week. The secret to that soft, tender texture? A splash of Kerrygold Full Cream Milk. 🥛It brings everything together beautifully and makes these cupcakes extra delicious. Save this recipe for your next weekend baking session and let me know would your little ones be excited to find these in their lunchboxes? 😋 #AD #Kerrygoldmornings #KerrygoldMilk #Kerrygold by @kerrygoldnigeria

POV: You have 30 minutes to make breakfast before school starts. No plan. No extra time. Just hungry kids. So I had ONE mission: make a breakfast everyone would actually want to eat before the school run. And the secret weapon? Kerrygold Full Cream Milk! creamy, rich and exactly what I needed to bring this breakfast together. Did I make it out the door on time? #AD #Kerrygoldmornings #KerrygoldMilk #OmoyeCooks #breakfast by @kerrygoldnigeria

Back-to-school mornings can get busy, but breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated. This French toast is one of those quick, filling breakfasts the whole family can enjoy before heading out the door. Made with Kerrygold Full Cream Milk for that rich, creamy texture, then topped with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey. Simple, delicious, and definitely kid approved. 🥛 Because a good morning starts with a good breakfast. 💛 #AD #Kerrygoldmornings #KerrygoldMilk #Kerrygold #BackToSchool by @kerrygoldnigeria

Just a little morning in my kitchen with Aisha. 💚🥹 I woke up and decided to make us something a little more special than the usual breakfast. These soft banana rolled pancakes with a strawberry & banana smoothie. 🍓🍌🥞 I made Aisha’s portion, packed it for her with her smoothie. There’s just something so satisfying about putting together food for someone and making it look all cute. 😂💚 And of course… I wasn’t going to make all that goodness and not keep some for myself. 😂 After I finished packing hers, I added a little icing sugar to mine and enjoyed it. That first bite? Pure happiness. 😭🤤 Honestly, these are the kind of simple moments I love just being in my kitchen, making good breakfast with the @kerrygoldnigeria and enjoying it with someone at home. 🥹💚 Recipe below 👇🏽 🥞 Pancakes • 2 cups flour • 1 egg • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder + 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/3 cup sugar • ¼ cup milk • ½ cup butter • 1 tbsp vanilla • 1 tbsp vinegar • 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup water 🍓 Smoothie • Strawberries • Banana • Kerrygold Full Cream Milk • Honey/sweetener, to taste • A little water, if needed Blend until smooth and creamy. 🍓🍌🥛 Would you have this for breakfast? 💚 #AD #Kerrygoldmornings #KerrygoldMilk #simplebreakfast by @kerrygoldnigeria
