A wave from day 1 and 2 with the @atlanicparksurf wave pool in VB. Got to test and improve my barrel riding and it was an absolute blast. I Cant wait to get some more tube time and get spit out. Thanks coach K and the crew for all the help and good vibes. 🤙🏼😎 by @kevin_farrand

@atlanticparksurf is worth the hype (in my opinion). Super fun experience. All levels of surfing welcomed from true beginner to experts. This is me on b1 wave which is called “advanced barrels” - it’s the beginner barrel wave. Still legit and requires proper timing and skill. Stoked to try this wave again soon! by @kevin_farrand

Wishing this handsome man a happy 35th birthday today and a wonderful year ahead full of love, laughter and adventure! 🫶🏼 by @kevin_farrand

Haven’t posted on here in a long time. Here’s Some moments from recent times. Including sunsets🌅, nature time with my nephew Jack, hangouts by the lake with my sister Bean and the fam , dinner dates with my incredible wife❤️ MP concert in Buffalo 😈🤘🏼 yellow skies in Rochester from the Canada wildfire smoke, and proof that I still go to the gym to practice snappin limbs and giving away free naps. by @kevin_farrand

Photo dump of some big life moments from January 2026! Today I was promoted to purple Belt by Professor Vince - which is a huge honor. Feeing very grateful for the martial artform that is Jiu-jitsu . Thankful for the discipline, the struggle, and ability to continue building on the skill set. What a humbling art🙏🏼huge respect to those who came before me, those who train with me, and those who teach. Thanks @synthesismartialarts for the amazing space, community and opportunity to learn and grow.

Also ! My beautiful wife and I are lucky enough to call ourselves homeowners! Bought our first home together and have been enjoying the space and our new nature trails around the house. We got sick right after the move with the current flu like virus going around… we’re better now and in hindsight it was nice to unpack and be home during the crazy snowstorms. Thanks to everyone who lent us a hand in moving. It meant a lot to us to have you around and we can’t wait to enjoy our yard and house with you when this weather gets better. 🤙🏼😎

Lots to be grateful for 🙏🏼 by @kevin_farrand

Couldn’t resist another shot to surf this spot. Didn’t get my best surfing in today with a snow/sleet squall and blistering winds. Conditions were much more challenging than they appeared. Thanks @dronebymon for videoing and capturing the moment! Thanks @_devingan @ewall_11 and james for paddling out!

Stoked for the next mission. #lakersthatrip @lakersthatrip #lakeontariosurf #rochesternysurf #lakesurfer #greatlakesurfer by @kevin_farrand

Went on a scouting mission today. Air temp 27F, water has ice chunks floating about. Couple logs floating around as well. I was close to paddling out for these waves the end (by myself)- but I wasn’t keen on how shallow this spot was. I also didn’t have a buddy to paddle out with. Tomorrow though, it’s on🤘🏼😎

Would you paddle out? 6/5 wetsuit and 7mm gloves and boots required. by @kevin_farrand
