You don’t need better genetics.
You need better discipline.

This didn’t happen overnight.
No shortcuts. No magic tea. No excuses.

The difference between the first photo and now?

• Structured training
• Real nutrition strategy
• Progressive overload
• Relentless consistency
• Accountability

Most people train.
Few people transform.

If you’re tired of:
❌ Being skinny
❌ Looking soft
❌ Training with no results
❌ Starting and stopping

I build bodies with structure — not guesswork.

Whether you’re:
🔹 Trying to gain serious muscle
🔹 Trying to shred body fat
🔹 Or trying to build a powerful, aesthetic physique

I’ve built the system.

Spots are limited because I coach seriously.

Comment “KING” or DM me “READY” and let’s build your next level.

Most people train hard…
but destroy their results after the workout.

Here’s what to fix. 👇

1️⃣. Drinking Protein With No Carbs

Protein repairs muscle.
Carbs fuel the recovery process.

Skipping carbs = slower recovery.

Fix:
Add oats, banana, cereal, or rice cakes to your shake.

2️⃣. Cold Showers Immediately After Training

Ice right after training can blunt muscle growth signals.

Fix:
Wait 4–6 hours or do cold exposure on rest days.

3️⃣. Sitting Immediately After Training

Going from intense movement → complete stillness slows circulation.

Less blood flow = slower recovery.

Fix:
Walk 10–15 minutes before fully relaxing.

4️⃣. Turning Recovery Into Laziness

Recovery ≠ doing nothing.

Real recovery includes:

✔ Hydration
✔ Light movement
✔ Mobility work
✔ Daily steps

5️⃣. Staying in Sweaty Clothes

Remaining sweaty and overheated stresses your body.

Fix:
Shower, change, and cool down properly.

6️⃣. Drinking Alcohol After Training

Alcohol suppresses muscle protein synthesis for up to 24 hours.

You can choose:

Progress or partying.

7️⃣.Taking Photos but skipping Mobility

If you can stop for pictures, you can spare five minutes to stretch.

Mobility keeps you loose, reduces soreness and helps with performance in your next session.

Your workout creates the stimulus.

Your recovery builds the results.

Train hard.
Recover smarter.

Follow @kevinfitking_ for elite physique strategies.

Most people think muscle growth happens during the workout.

It doesn’t.

It happens after the workout — during recovery.

And these 7 mistakes are silently slowing your progress.

If you’re training hard but not seeing the body you want…

Your post-workout habits might be the problem.

Fix these and you’ll recover faster, build more muscle, and perform better in the gym.

Remember:

Your workout creates the stimulus.
Your recovery builds the results.

Train hard. Recover smarter.

“I’m tired of being skinny.”

If that’s you… read this.

You’re not “small” because of bad genetics.
You’re not stuck like this forever.

You’re just missing the right system.

Here’s the truth most people won’t tell you:
❌ You’re not eating enough (even if you think you are)
❌ You’re training without a clear structure
❌ You’re inconsistent with recovery

That’s why your body isn’t changing.

Now imagine this instead:
✔️ Filling out your shirts
✔️ Strong, defined arms and chest
✔️ A lean physique that actually turns heads

That’s what happens when you train and eat with a plan.

I help guys go from skinny ➝ strong, lean, and confident using simple workouts + real food (no complicated diets).
