Always good to be back on the mats in Korea. πŸ‡°πŸ‡·πŸ€ Great rounds, tough training and plenty to learn from everyone here. Always grateful for the experience. πŸ™ #BJJ #JiuJitsu #KoreaBJJ #Grappling #BJJTraining by @kevinpark_2012
πŸ‡°πŸ‡· END GAME KOREA 2025 Korea never makes it easy! πŸ”₯ The level of grappling in Korea is incredibly high, and every match is a tough challenge. Two hard-fought matches from last year's END GAME. Always grateful for the opportunity to compete against such strong opponents and keep learning. πŸ‡°πŸ‡· Back to Korea on December 26, 2026, for another END GAME! Looking forward to another great challenge and hoping to finish the year strong! πŸ’ͺ #EndGameKorea #KevinParkBJJ #BJJ by @kevinpark_2012
Right now, it’s all about the leg game. 🦡πŸ”₯ Drill it. Try it in sparring. Review it. Then go back and try it again. Studying different leg attacks, watching, learning and testing what works. Lately, the focus has completely shifted to improving the leg game. Still learning. Still experimenting. Just enjoying the process. #BJJ #LegLocks #JiuJitsu #Grappling #BJJTraining by @kevinpark_2012
One loss changed the way I train. I’m 14, and after getting caught in an ankle lock in my first match against an adult, I realised the leg game was something I needed to take seriously. Now I’m studying it, drilling it, and starting to test it in sparring β€” not just to attack, but to understand it and defend it better. Preparing for adult divisions next year. Just getting started. πŸ”₯ #BJJ #LegLocks #JiuJitsu #Grappling #BJJTraining by @kevinpark_2012

The takedown lasts seconds. The work behind it takes thousands of reps. πŸ”₯🀼 Again and again, until it becomes instinct. #BJJ #Wrestling #Takedown #Grappling #CombatSports by @kevinpark_2012
That celebration didn’t happen overnight. πŸ”₯ Hours of practice, repetition, falling, getting back up and doing it again β€” just to make one moment look easy. What looks natural now came from putting in the work over and over again. Keep working. Keep improving. πŸ₯‹πŸ€Έβ€β™‚️πŸ”₯ #BJJ #JiuJitsu #Gymnastics #MartialArts #AthleteLife by @kevinpark_2012
Another weekend on the mats. πŸ₯‹πŸ”₯ Good memories, good moments, and plenty more to come. Back to work. πŸ’ͺ #BJJ #JiuJitsu #Grappling #BJJLife #MartialArts by @kevinpark_2012
So grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey. πŸ™ A huge thank you to all my coaches, training partners, sparring partners and every competitor who has shared the mat with me. Every round, every challenge, every win and every loss has helped me grow. Most of all, thank you to my mum and dad for always being there, supporting me and believing in me through everything. ❀️ 5 years. πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί Australian Nationals β€” 10 matches, 10 submissions. 🌏 IBJJF Pan Pacific β€” 9 matches, 9 submissions. 19 matches. 19 submissions. 100% submission rate. πŸ’― But this is only part of the journey. I’ll keep training, keep learning and keep challenging myself β€” stepping into tougher divisions, testing myself against older and stronger competitors, and eventually taking that challenge into the adult divisions. Always grateful. Always learning. The challenge continues. πŸ”₯πŸ₯‹ #BJJ #JiuJitsu #IBJJF #Grappling #SubmissionGrappling by @kevinpark_2012
Yesterday didn’t go our way. I made an early mistake and got caught in a heel hook against a very tough opponent who went on to win the division. A good reminder that there’s always more to learn and more to work on β€” especially leg lock defence. Today, I came back at the Pan Pacific Championships and finished with another submission. πŸ”₯ πŸ† 5Γ— PAN PACIFIC CHAMPION πŸ₯‹ 9 PAN PAC MATCHES πŸ”₯ 9 SUBMISSIONS πŸ’― 100% SUBMISSION RATE Win or lose, keep learning.
