POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi, I’m Kevin, and over the past year I’ve reinvented myself a bit.

After 6 years in software, I just wanted to see what else is out there.
You know what they say: everyone comes into this world with unique gifts, and it’s up to us to figure out how to use them best.
Analyzing data at a computer for 12 hours a day… I just love working with people too much for that.

After a quick, obligatory yoga teacher training in Bali,
I set off with one of my best buddies to try as many health experts and programs as we possibly could:
- Personal trainers and nutrition coaches
- Therapeutic fasting
- A silent retreat
- Breathwork
- Tantra workshops
- Coaching and therapy
- Holistic osteopathy
- And yes, even a psychedelic ceremony.

Our goal was to inspire others to start their own discovery journey.
The journey made me healthier and brought me closer to myself.

Above all, it showed me where my next project has to go:

Offline.

What exactly is it?

Follow along and watch something new being built, live.
#BuildingInPublic by @kevinprobst

I‘m 34 years old, building a new business and a bit embarrassed to admit this:

1. I notice how the lightness I had in my younger years seems to move further and further away, and often I really miss it.
2. I often want to come across as strong, but I realize how sensitive my nervous system actually reacts to stress.
3. The uncertainty whether the new business will work out keeps me awake at night more often than I’d like.
4. I wish I could handle the new pressure better, now that I have to live up to so many people at once: family, friends, business partners, investors.
5. I worry a lot and often feel alone. Especially in the mornings right after waking up, that’s when it’s the hardest.
6. I often ask myself what success actually means to me, and I notice there is more external validation in it than I would like.
7. The whole concept of self-love is honestly still really hard for me.
8. I wish I was more muscular and could live without pain in my body.
9. I see many of my friends who seem “further” in a lot of areas of life, and sometimes I feel behind. I often ask myself if something is wrong with me.

I usually would quote a famous philosopher, author etc. that presents the solution right away.

But this time I won’t, because it wouldn’t feel honest.

I’m building something I believe in.
I’m scared it might not work.
I’m still figuring things out.

And maybe saying it out loud is a start. by @kevinprobst

Opening in 6 days! (Now for real 🙃)

We’re working hard to get everything ready for our opening event this Sunday. Come along with us on the build site 👇

🪵 What we’re most proud of: the gallery up to the sauna. Gorgeous, but a total diva. Handle with care only.

🚿 What’s costing us the most nerves: the shower. Jannik explains why.

For our opening, we’re still looking for:
🧘 an outdoor yoga partner
🌿 wellness brands who want to showcase their products

Can’t wait to see you 🤍

Honest share: Extraordinary vs. average

1. Perspective
Some of us were lucky enough to be born where we can choose what to do with our lives. This is our playground right now. So how low can you actually fall? And what really matters in life?

2. Average isn’t the enemy
“Average” is far from bad. It can be something truly amazing. I believe that, and I still struggle with it, because part of me wants an extraordinary life.

3. The price of extraordinary
Am I willing to pay that price and live with the consequences? Often this drive comes from a place of pain, and in my case too. That’s okay, as long as I’m aware of it.

4. What I hold onto
When I make decisions from a centered place instead of from anxiety, they can hardly be wrong.

Thanks for listening. by @kevinprobst

Preliminary data analysis 📊
100% of male friends voted for Yuri. Everyone else voted to postpone.
So yes, some of you just want to watch the world burn. 🔥

But in the end, not even Yuri could make it work. So unfortunately, we’re postponing the event.

There’s a bright side, though: more time to prepare a proper grand opening.

🗓 New date: Sunday, November 8th
Everything else stays exactly the same. Only the date changes.

If you can’t make it on the new date, just let us know and we’ll refund your ticket.

Otherwise, we’d love to see as many of you as possible. See you there! 🧖‍♂️🧊 by @kevinprobst

5 days to opening. Containers ✅ Turf ✅ Saunas… stuck in Tallinn. 🙃

Our supplier just ran out of heavy trucks, so we need your help: 1, 2 or 3? 👇

1️⃣ Hire Yuri and his very retired-looking truck
2️⃣ Postpone the opening
3️⃣ Open with rented saunas (no Hytte Aufguss & experience)

Got a better idea or know someone with a heavy loader? Let us know! by @kevinprobst

Here’s a peek at what’s taking place in Munich. Not much to see yet, but getting closer to a place to slow down, warm up and come together.

More coming soon. 💛 by @kevinprobst

Opening in 15 days - time is rushing and pressure is on.
Opening a physical location, with real people and real connection is what we want to create.
But physical comes with its own set of challenges.
Most of what is asked of us we have never done before.

And as we try to save money - we try to do most by ourselves🫠.
Preparing drainage for the showers?
Building a whole sun-deck from wood?
Organizing proper electricity supply?

Haha it’s really learning by doing here.
Will we mess sth. up?
For sure!
Will it slow us down?
No way!

Looking forward to see you all at our opening on the 31.10 - Luma Event link in the Bio👆🏼🔥 by @kevinprobst
