Some of you may have already seen these photos on the New Balance website or popping up on Instagram… but now I finally get to share them myself. 🥹🗽🏃‍♀️ Still feels a little unreal to say that I had the opportunity to be part of the @newbalancerunning campaign for the @nycmarathon . Running has become such a big part of my life, so being part of something connected to the NYC Marathon ;in the city I now call home makes this experience even more special to me. I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity, for the experience, and especially for the people who believed in me and helped make it happen. A huge thank you to @pursuitofperformance__ , @atiya.sinae , Sean and everyone behind the campaign, and of course my @bronxburnersrc family ♥️ Definitely one of those moments I’ll remember for a very long time✨ by @khaoula_bkm
So grateful for all the love and energy I got from my friends along the course of this whole NYC marathon 🥹❤️ And a special shoutout to @waypoint.nyc , especially @jasonrjoyce , @cjamile_ramirez and @alejandro.cortez2653 , for giving me that very first boost in Brooklyn! You guys were amazing. I love you all so much ♥️ by @khaoula_bkm

Being part of the @nycmarathon campaign is such a HUGE deal to me. 🥹❤️ Seeing my photo up there, larger than life, and receiving so many pictures of my friends taking selfies next to it means more to me than you could ever imagine. I feel incredibly grateful and blessed to have been given this opportunity. This is so much more than just running 26.2 miles. It’s about believing in myself, even on the days when my own body makes it difficult. Thank you @newbalancerunning and @bronxburnersrc for giving my story a voice. And thank you to every single person who has been cheering me on and celebrating this moment with me. I love you all! So blessed. Alhamdulillah, always 🤍 by @khaoula_bkm
You don’t have to win races to call yourself a runner Fast, slow, long distance, short distance, run-walk… if you run, you’re a runner. Some of us run for medals. Some for health. Some for peace of mind. Some simply because we love it 🤍 Not everything you share has to be something you’re elite at. Sometimes you just share what makes you happy. #casablancamarathon #run by @khaoula_bkm
Mom: “Please don’t run alone or in empty places.” Me: “Don’t worry, I won’t.” Oops… 👀 by @khaoula_bkm

There’s something so special about being surrounded by people who share the same energy, the same passion, and the same love for running. So grateful for this community. 🤍🏃🏽‍♀️ حاجة زوينة بزاف ملي كتكون مع الناس عندهم نفس الطاقة ديالك، نفس الشغف ونفس الحب للجري 🤍 by @khaoula_bkm
Yes, I run with my hair like this, and yes I go to work like this too 🤎 And for anyone who thinks all I do is run, eat and workout… I wish 😭 your girl has a job too 💪🏼 by @khaoula_bkm
I recorded this video literally 2 hours before hurting my leg 🥲 So I don’t think I’ll be running for the next four days. I’m going to give it some time to feel better, and we’ll see what next week looks like 🤞🏼 . . . . . . #moroccanrunner #اكسبلور by @khaoula_bkm
