As if the Bronx wasn’t already the best borough in NYC — we also have the Botanical Gardens🌱🌺

Oh, and The Everett Children’s Adventure Garden needs its own spotlight. I try to go often as I can with the girls, especially on a Friday afternoon after a long week. It’s so thoughtfully curated for kiddos to spend time in nature and use their imaginations.

Regulates all of our nervous systems🤣 Less overstimulating outings and more grounding ones pls.

randomly made this back when the trend was trending and forgot about it — so now I’m posting it because it’s way too millennial coded and nostalgic not to share.

you’re welcome 🫡

this summer felt like all the right people, in all the right places, all at the right time. very much alignment.

grateful for every moment that filled my cup because it’s easy to feel drained and disconnected when life is happening at a perpetually fast pace.

proud to say I was really intentional about moving at my own pace and being present this season.

practicing stillness (which is hard for me because my mind is always on 10), spending time learning to hear God’s voice more clearly through consistently being in my Bible, and taking a step back from being chronically online were some of the practical ways I lived that out.

there’s something powerful about slowing down long enough to let God renew your mind instead of constantly filling it with more noise.

God is good and His grace is sufficient for me. by @kiagold

A pretty pinch-me opportunity to travel to Hong Kong for work. 🇭🇰

A 16-hour flight and a 12-hour time difference are not for the weak—especially for a mama of two who was already running on fumes 😬

Ironically, my favorite part of the trip was my last morning walking through Victoria Park. I watched kids playing soccer in the rain. People practicing Tai Chi. Grandparents walking with their grandkids. Birds that sounded different from the ones back home.

Every time I travel, I’m reminded that even with our cultural differences, our humanity is so similar. We all have ordinary days filled with family, routines, laughter, and little moments that matter — it’s SO deeply connecting!

This was a little sappy, but I’d like to think I’m a ethnographic observer (I know, sounds mad extra but I took a class in college about this that really impacted me) AND categorizing how I think helps me understand how my brain processes the world - plus I love community, connection and I feel deeplyyyyyyyyy😘

June felt very much New York or nowhere & rightfully so 🧡💙

We had what felt like a perfect summer Saturday a few weekends ago in BK. I got some photos taken by a street photographer super randomly after grabbing coffee — was feeling very whimsy 🤣

It was the perfect highlight of what makes living in NY so authentic & special x by @kiagold

This clip is from the inaugural episode of Money Mindset, premiering July 7 on @bronxnettv 🎥

In our first episode, we sit down with Guapify founder CJ to talk about why Guapify exists, what financial freedom means for millennials, and why building wealth has been especially challenging for our generation.

If you’ve ever wanted more honest conversations about money, legacy, and creating options for yourself & your family, this one is for you.

And as a Bronx girlie forever, it only feels right that our very first episode is airing on BronxNet. Such a special for us, by us moment.🙅🏽‍♀️
