KidStrong is science-based kid’s training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids.

POSTS STORIES REELS

I've been sitting on this news for weeks and I can finally share it. 🎉 Good Inside and @kidstrong_ are officially partnering, and this is unlike anything we've done before. For the first time, Good Inside isn't just showing up for parents, we're showing up for kids too. I'll be bringing the Good Inside method to all KidStrong locations, right there on the blue floor.

Each KidStrong class combines brain, physical and character challenges, led by highly trained coaches who understand what kids are up against. It's not just about strong bodies. It's about kids who believe they can, which perfectly aligns with Good Inside's goal to help you raise capable, resilient kids.

Here's why this really matters to me: your kid can hear "you can do hard things" from you at home. But when they hear that same message from their coach mid-challenge, something clicks. Same language, everywhere they turn. That's how resilience actually sticks, when the message at home and the message everywhere else, line up.

To kick things off: for a limited time, KidStrong members get 3 months of Good Inside membership free. What you're doing at home and what they're doing on the blue floor, finally speaking the same language.

Comment KIDSTRONG and I'll send you the link to book your trial today. Together, we're raising kids who are strong inside and out. by @kidstrong_

Teamwork is one of the life skills we work on at KidStrong. 🤝 It builds social skills, resilience and accountability. by @kidstrong_

Built for little athletes with big energy. 💪
We just wrapped the KidStrong buildout in Torrance: a space designed to help kids grow stronger, braver, and more confident every week. Proud to have brought this one to life with the KidStrong team.

Don’t just take our word for it. Take it from this dad. 💪

One year in, Cody has watched his son Cam build confidence and independence, try new things, and take on challenges head-on.

His words: “You’re not just investing in your child now, you’re really investing in them for the future.” 💙💚

West Valley parents, this is coming to YOUR backyard.

📍 KidStrong Arrowhead (Glendale) and KidStrong Litchfield Park (Goodyear) are opening soon!

⏳ Founders’ Memberships are available NOW, but not for long. Founding families lock in our best rate before the doors open.

Don’t be the parent who says “I wish we’d signed up sooner.” Give your kids the head start they’ll carry for life. 🙌

💎 HISTORY MADE AT KIDSTRONG EVERETT! 💎

256 CLASSES. THREE+ YEARS OF SHOWING UP. ONE INCREDIBLE MILESTONE.

Darrow is officially the FIRST KidStrong Diamond Rank in Washington! 🥹💙💎

But this Diamond represents so much more than 256 classes.

Since April 2023, Darrow’s mom and dad have trusted the process. Week after week, they’ve shown up, supported him, encouraged him, and given him the opportunity to keep growing.

And we’ve had the privilege of watching it happen. 💙

Every single KidStrong Everett coach has been a part of Darrow’s journey in some way. We’ve watched him grow stronger, take on challenges, celebrate wins, work through hard moments, and develop life skills that go far beyond our center — confidence, sportsmanship, grit, and emotional resiliency.

Darrow’s journey has made an impact on our entire team. He reminds us WHY we coach and why showing up consistently matters.

To Mom and Dad: thank you for trusting us with your kid since the very beginning. Thank you for believing in the process and allowing our coaches to be part of his story.

And Darrow… 256 classes later, YOU DID IT. 💎

Washington’s first Diamond. 💪
KidStrong Everett history. 💙
And we could not be more excited to celebrate you.

THIS is what Helping Kids Win at Life™ looks like.

We’ve been a KidStrong family before we ever became a KidStrong partner. 💪🤟

As parents, we’ve gotten to see firsthand how KidStrong challenges kids to become stronger, more confident, and willing to say, “I can do this.”

That’s why we’re so excited to officially announce a partnership between Learn How to Sign and KidStrong!

At Learn How to Sign, our mission has always been to make ASL approachable and give more people the opportunity to learn. Through this partnership, we get to introduce ASL to even more kids and families across the country.

Beginning September 14, Coach Meredith will be appearing on KSTV screens at KidStrong centers nationwide, teaching kids ASL as part of their KidStrong experience! 🤟

COMMUNICATE. CONFIDENCE. CONNECT.

We can’t wait for KidStrong families to see what we’ve been working on.

A PAW-some way to celebrate turning 5! We had the best time at @kidstrong_fairfax! The coaches kept the kids moving, playing and having fun, all while building confidence and strength.

If you’re looking for a low-stress way to celebrate, I highlyyy recommend a full-service place like this. Having the KidStrong team handle everything and keep the kids engaged meant I could actually enjoy the party! And shout out to @southblock for the smoothies for the parents.

@kidstrong_ has programming for babies all the way through age 11. Check it out if you’re looking for a class or a fun birthday party! by @kidstrong_

Send this to a fellow Good Inside parent: Good Inside and @kidstrong_ are teaming up! 🎉

At Good Inside we know kids don’t build resilience in one place. They build it when the message is the same everywhere, when the coach cheering them through the obstacle and the parent sitting with them through the meltdown are working from the same playbook.

KidStrong builds it in class. Good Inside gives you the tools to build it at home. And now the two coming together is when it sticks.

This partnership is also extra special because for the first time, Good Inside and Dr. Becky aren’t just showing up for parents, we’re showing up for kids directly. The Good Inside method will be woven into KidStrong center, cheering them on through the hard stuff.

To kick things off: for a limited time, all KidStrong members get 3 months of Good Inside membership free. Book a trial, join KidStrong and you’ll get all the details sent to you.

KidStrong is where kids practice who they’re becoming. Good Inside is how you build resilience at home. Together, we’re raising kids who are strong inside and out. Comment KIDSTRONG and we’ll send you more information on how to book a trial. by @kidstrong_
