Packed up @kimberlyskafe and brought it to the Pocono’s for a goddess retreat hosted by @rise_align_shine @evolvewithmelissa @shanna.loves… here’s most of what I prepared for these lovely goddesses… >>>

Dinner Night 1: butternut squash lasagna, garlic bread, fresh greens with goat cheese, roasted pumpkin seeds, pickled shallots, craisins, fennel, and balsamic vinaigrette

eaten outside in the brisk fall air with smells of a bonfire

Dessert: sourdough brownies with ice cream & strawberries

Breakfast Day 2: egg frittata, farm bacon, sourdough toast, blueberries, plus coffee & tea

Lunch Day 2: Grilled chicken harvest salad with squashes, Brussels, apples, pumpkin seeds, cheese, pomegranate, and balsamic vinaigrette

Goddess Dinner Night 2: pit roast, braised mushrooms, mashed potatoes, cabbage slaw, roasted carrots

props to @homemadeeventsroc for that gorgeous table scape

Dinner Night 3: rosemary apple cider roasted chickens over fingerling potatoes and shallots

served with honeynut squash, brussels sprouts, and a salmon option for the non-chicken lovers

topped generously with @evolvewithmelissa’s homemade basil salt

Dessert Night 3: ceremonial cacao with homemade rose infused honey marshmallows and a whole grain chocolate chip cookie 🌹🍫🍪

Breakfast on the final morning: whole grain pumpkin bread with homemade pumpkin puree (no photos of the finished product we devoured it) by @kimberlyskafe

Kimberly’s Kafe is having fun making small batch orders for VIP customers only… but girlies you can come eat my delicious food at one of my upcoming retreats this fall!
