Just a reminder that weight loss takes TIME. ❤️ I went from 130lbs to 208lbs in 9 months from being pregnant and was still 208lbs after giving birth. Going from 208lbs to 140lbs has not been easy, especially trying to maintain my weight, burn fat, keep my muscle, and navigate life with an autoimmune disease. There’s so much trial and error when it comes to your own body because not everyone is the same. Female bodies are so different, especially after pregnancy, and it’s not talked about enough. I just want anyone else on their weight loss journey to know that you’re not alone. Progress takes time, and if something doesn’t work out, you can always try again. The real ones see how much work you put into yourself. Keep going and don’t give up on yourself! ♥️🫶🏼 by @kimmie.x3

I knew I was taking a risk by letting myself feel something. It hurt when it wasn’t felt the same way, but I don’t regret being genuine. 🫰 by @kimmie.x3
