Using herbs in our food is one of my favorite ways to stay healthy during the winter months! Now is the time to begin supporting your immune system! Here is a simple soup thatā€™s delicious, super easy, and packed with nutrients and vitamins! Easy Meatball & Herb Soup Ingredients: * 1 cup diced carrots * 1 cup diced onions * 1 cup diced celery * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 3 garlic cloves, minced * 4 cups chicken broth * Your favorite frozen meatballs * Salt and pepper to taste * A sprig of rosemary * 1 teaspoon oregano * 1 teaspoon parsley Directions: 1. SautĆ© the diced carrots, onions, and celery in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 2. Add the minced garlic and continue sautĆ©ing until the onions are translucent. 3. Add 4 cups of chicken broth. 4. Add your favorite frozen meatballs. 5. Let everything simmer until the meatballs are heated through and the vegetables are tender. 6. Add salt and pepper to taste, a sprig of rosemary, oregano, and parsley. Enjoy a warm, comforting bowl of soup filled with herbs and nutrients! #kimrashcoaching #herbs #immuneboost by @kimrashcoaching
Fall is here!! Pull out your spices and begin boosting your immune system and giving some support to your happy hormones! Turmeric milk is a wonderful way to bring a little soothing, comforting warmth into your day while supporting your immune system. Attitude of Gratitude Itā€™s a choice, and some days itā€™s hard. With the practice of gratitude, it can become more of a habit. Iā€™ve gotten into the routine of journaling each morning about the things Iā€™m grateful for. On the days when it seems hard, I start simpleā€”with the sky, the sun, and the trees. And amazingly, my list always begins to grow. Happy Sunday! #kimrashcoaching #grateful #peace #jesĆŗs #givethanks thanks by @kimrashcoaching
Join FoundHER and TribeHouse in Giving Back This Holiday Season! FoundHER and TribeHouse are thrilled to come together to offer a special giving opportunity throughout November and December! We invite you to join us in making a difference in the lives of children and families in our community. We are partnering with a wonderful new childrenā€™s facility in Lehi that provides much-needed therapy and support services for children and families. One of the most beautiful things about this organization is that they offer a special store where families can shop for Christmas gifts and pick up essential items they need, completely free of charge! How can you help? Throughout November and December, you can bring donations to any of our TribeHouse or FoundHER events, or simply stop by TribeHouse to drop off your items. Some of the most-needed items include: * Diapers * Childrenā€™s books * Backpacks * Childrenā€™s shoes * Toys * Other new childrenā€™s essentials We will have a special giving tree and donation baskets set up to make it easy for everyone to participate. Every donation, big or small, can make a meaningful difference for a family this holiday season. Together, we can bring hope, joy, and a little extra love to families who need it most. Thank you for being part of a community that believes in lifting others and making a difference! With love, FoundHER & TribeHouse @foundher.tribe and @tribehouse.us #kimrashcoaching #giving #community #utah #children by @kimrashcoaching
