𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒔𝒕𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓

hey, hi, hello! my names Kim and I thought it was about time to do a meet me post! I’ve been on booksta for 2.5 years and I’ve never actually done one of these!! (I also took this photo and love it a lot so I wanted a reason to post it to my feed hehe) So here we go!! ✨✨

🦋 I’m 26 (almost 27, ew) and from Newcastle in NSW Australia!
🦋 I’m married with a fur baby (her names Kitty and I talk about her all the time)
🦋 I’m am OBSESSED with Taylor Swift
🦋 I started reading again back in 2021 after a break! And yes, I went through the wattpad phase 😉
🦋 the only genre I really read is romance, from light to dark to absolutely pitch black - if I vibe with the tropes, I’ll read it (but I will also dnf a book anywhere from 3 pages in, if I don’t like it, goodbye)
🦋 we’ll be here all day if I list all my favourite authors but I am highly obsessed with Catherine Cowles (it’s not a secret, she’s probably filing the restraining order as I type this) and my fave book of all time is when the stars fall by Emery Rose!!
🦋 oh, and I’m petrified of frogs oops

I love this community with my whole heart and will talk to anyone who wants to talk! I have met so many amazing people and have made some lifelong friends from here! In saying that, my dms are ALWAYS open and I’d love to be friends 🫶🏻

what is everyone currently reading?! 🔥

shelfie sunday - favourite author edition ✨

I think it’s general knowledge now that @catherinecowlesauthor is my absolute favourite author of all time, but if you didn’t know, Catherine Cowles is my absolute favourite author of all time!!! 🤗

I have read her entire backlist and have re read multiple of her books many times, I just can’t get enough 🙂‍↔️ I’ll forever read anything she writes and I’ll recommend her to everyone!!

Catherines books are always the perfect mix of small town, swoony hero’s and just the right amount of suspense to keep you guessing right until the end (no bc I ALWAYS get the bad guy wrong, ALWAYS)

today I rearranged my 6 Catherine shelves and I truly love how they have turned out, I’ve just been sitting here staring at them 🥹🫶🏻

what’s your favourite Catherine book? 🤍

hi yes, here’s my weekly @catherinecowlesauthor post bc I just love her books so much that I need to shove them down everyone’s throat 😭😭

Roan & Aspen literally have my whole heart. Their story is so beautiful and I could read it over and over again 🥹🤍

both of these editions are so stunning and 2 of my favourite books from my entire Catherine collection 😍

𝒔𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒌

happy September!! for those of you in Australia, are you just as excited for spring to be here as much as me?!

Look, I HATE the hot weather and winter will always be my favourite season BUT, I’ve been sick 90% of this winter and my house has basically been flooded in the entire time, so I’m actually so excited for some sunshine ☀️

also, spring means we’re like, a step closer to Christmas and we all know how much I love Christmas 🫣

what’s your favourite season?

𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒂𝒍

we are getting closer and closer to getting Kye & Fallon’s story and I’m literally so obsessed with the tropes for this one!!

this is a superior pack of tropes and I already know I’m going to eat this book up 😮‍💨😮‍💨

@catherinecowlesauthor I’m counting down the SECONDS until I have this book in my hands 😍

𝑰’𝒗𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒎𝒚 𝒇𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒚 𝒆𝒓𝒂 🐺🐉

okay okay okay, it’s happened, I’ve entered my fantasy era and I do not wish to ever leave! And in all seriousness, I feel like it was absolutely necessary for @jaymineve to be my first fantasy author!! 😍

I binged the heck out of the first 3 books of shifter city fated mates and I am OBSESSED!! Every single one of these books was a 5 star read!! I’m literally counting down until book 4 comes out and we get the epic conclusion for Emme and her pack 🤭

I absolutely can’t pick a favourite shifter. Every chapter I giggle and kick my feet over these men 🥵

FINLEY IS MY FAVOURITE OKAY BYE

𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒔𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚

you guys are probably sick of saying that @catherinecowlesauthor is my favourite author huh? Well that’s to bad bc I’ll continue to say it 😇

the tattered and torn series was the first Catherine series I picked up and I remember binging it within a week, I was immediately hooked! After I finished, and I went and brought her entire backlist and then she easily became my all time fave 👏🏻

If you haven’t read this series, or any of her books, I believe this is the perfect place to start!

LOOK AT WHATS HERE!!

I can’t even begin to express how much I LOVE these editions!! @thebookaholicbookbox smashed these out of the park!!

Play Along is one of my all time favourite books and while I still am to read Caught Up, the windy city series is an all time fave 👏🏻👏🏻

I was an influencer for bookaholic last term and I am missing the team a lot! But I’m so exited to see what else they have for us 😍😍

my photos don’t do these editions justice!!
