Vegan Vanilla Muffins 🧁

Even with our plant-based Kindershake, you can whip up something tasty and nutritious in no time. These soft muffins come together quickly and are completely vegan, though you'd never guess it.

What you'll need:
25 g Vegan Kindershake Vanilla
100 g flour (or 50 g flour + 50 g porridge oats)
1½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
50 g sugar or maple/agave syrup
60 ml plant milk (e.g. oat or almond)
25 g plant-based butter or oil
Optional: 25 g blueberries, chopped apple or vegan chocolate chips

How to make them:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin with paper cases.

In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, Vegan Kindershake Vanilla, baking powder and the pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix the plant milk, sugar (or syrup) and plant-based butter or oil until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir briefly until you get a smooth batter. Fold in any fruit or chocolate chips.

Fill the muffin cases about ¾ full and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden. Check with a skewer that they're cooked through.

Leave to cool slightly, then tuck in!

Because even vegan doesn't mean missing out on flavour or variety 💚

KitKat Crunch Shake 🍫

For when your child fancies something sweet... and you'd secretly like to keep things a bit nutritious 😉

This creamy shake with that unmistakable KitKat crunch tastes like a proper treat, but has Kindershake as its base.

What you'll need:
250 ml milk
25 g Kindershake Cookies & Cream
2 KitKat fingers (broken into pieces)
Optional: ½ tsp cocoa powder

How to make it:
Pop everything in the blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and tuck in!

No fuss over breakfast, just a happy face and an empty glass 🙌
