Friday May 8. KIND KING at @lilypadinman w/ @circuit.jumper for @tjpmulcahy's last ride. Don't blow it. Gig footage by @a_2point_o by @kindkingmusic

Reposting because the idiot who runs our marketing department (me) goofed up the address of @lilypadinman. This is now under two weeks away - don’t miss your last chance to see the great @tjpmulcahy on bass with us before he rides off into the sunset. Very much looking forward to @circuit.jumper’s set as well. It’s a late one but it’s a Friday night in the big city, plus you’ll be coasting off vibes alone well into the wee hours. See ya then by @kindkingmusic

SHOW ALERT: Kind King will be back at @lilypadinman Friday 5/8 with @circuit.jumper to bid farewell to our beloved bass phenom @tjpmulcahy, at least for the foreseeable future. Tommy has brought a depth of musicality to our live performances that we could've scarcely imagined before he first jammed with us in 2022. Don't take it from this post though - get to the gig and you'll hear what I mean. It's gonna be a late one, but come out and help us send the boy off good & proper now, y'hear? 📸: @farewell_ladmin by @kindkingmusic

Excited to share the stage with @kimcgibbons and @kindkingmusic

The next KIND KING show will be unlike any before it. On Thursday, October 30, we are dressing up in our waviest, graviest ‘70s duds and doing a cover set of the almighty PINK FLOYD. No other artist has singularly influenced the trajectory of our music more and we’re looking forward to celebrating fifty years of ‘Wish You Were Here,’ among other choice favorites. Don’t miss it. The next KIND KING show is Sunday March 16 at @mideastclub upstairs, with @ampevene @prettyrotten and our friends @mutineer.ma. To better live up to our “jazz fusion” billing, we will be accompanied by the great @snakedersch on saxophone for this one. You don’t want to miss it. ᎢᏆᏟᏦᎬᎢᏚ ᏆN ᏴᏆO

The final video from our live in-studio session at Baker Music Barn is out today. “Act II: The Windows of the Skull” is an oldie but a goodie from our debut EP ‘Royalty,’ released over a decade ago, and this rendition with our killer lineup of @caleb.d.green @tjpmulcahy & @amorymusic takes the song to strange new places.
