And that’s a wrap on our second Dermalogica Brunch! 🤎

What an amazing day! The second one was just as special, if not more. So much laughter, lovely conversations, good food, skincare, self-care and, most importantly, beautiful people coming together.

My heart is full and I’m feeling so grateful to everyone who came along and made the day what it was. You are the reason these little gatherings feel so special. ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen:

🤎 Dermalogica Malta – for the continued support and sharing the love of great skincare.

🤎 Kinetica Gym – for being part of the day.

🤎 Pasteca – for preparing such an amazing meal.

🤎 Gozo Cottage – for the extra yummies and treats!

And of course, to everyone who brought their lovely energy, smiles and good vibes.

It’s so much more than skincare. It’s about connection, taking time for ourselves, sharing experiences and creating memories.

Already feeling excited for the next one!

With so much gratitude and love. 🤎 by @kinetika_gozo

RESTART / RESET isn’t just yoga and lying around.

We’ll be getting properly stuck in with Kinetika Gozo, with spin, strength and conditioning alongside

Warrior-style training.

Then we’ll balance the intensity with yoga, recovery and Mediterranean sunshine.

Strong body. Calm mind. Better week.

A few days of silence, rest and reflection were needed after this weekend.
Two intense days — joy and disappointment, strength and exhaustion, pride and humility. I accept all of it for what it was: another lesson on the path.

I placed 4th in the Bikini Fitness division at both the Malta International Grand Prix and Mr. & Miss Universe, and for that I am truly grateful. Proud of the physique I brought to the stage, the improvements I’ve made and the progress in my stage presence. Every small step forward matters, even when the journey is far from complete.
It was also a blessing to share the stage once again with so many beautiful souls, familiar faces and inspiring athletes. Another experience, another memory, another opportunity to grow together.
The stage showed me where I stand, what is still lacking and where the work must continue. No bitterness, no excuses. What is meant to strengthen us does not always come gently.

I thank God for another experience, another lesson and the strength to continue. 🙏🏼
As for the people and sponsors who stood beside me throughout this journey — they deserve more than a few words at the end of a post. I want to give that gratitude its own space and time for the next post 🤍

YOUR GOZO HOME
Forget the anonymous resort.
For RESTART / REST, we’re staying right in the heart of Xewkija — beneath the spectacular Rotunda of
St John the Baptist.
Coffee in the square. Local food. Village bars. Fresh produce. Island life.
Then back to the villa for yoga, food, recovery and good company.
A retreat inside Gozo — not separate from it.
