Tapping into nature is my way to release and recharge my Energy. The tribe had such a beautiful experience with a beautiful ital dish to nourish the body and fresh coconut water to hydrate the cells of the body . Sending gratitude to the most high for such a beautiful experience and singing traditional Niyabingy songs by the Riverside 🇯🇲🙌🏽🌞 by @king_ambesa

Honoured to share space with Elder Bongo Jerry in the House of Dread, alongside Dr. J, the poet warrior @jolivette_thepoetwarrior 🙏🏾

One and zero, the digit, the binary code… high science, delivered with the wit and warmth only the elders carry. Every reasoning with him is a lesson 🇪🇹

Give thanks @iyaadradio for holding the space 🎙️🇯🇲 Full reasoning, link in bio.

We are all chosen to live in our highest Self 🌋🌞 #rastafari by @king_ambesa

Stop blaming your parents, partners etc for your problems … understand that everyone is a mirror revealing your fears, traumas and your path. It’s the only way that we can see our baggage. It has got play out in the earth school
If we are willing to take total responsibility for our own self realization then we will stop pointing fingers and escaping into victim or denial. We hang on to things and ways of being because there is currency in them, be it false safety, sympathy, attention, skirting responsibilities etc … We pretend we are doing the work by going so far as revealing the wound and then we revel in the admiration for being “ so brave” this is the trickery of the ego that we have to be mindful off. The shadow wants to be accepted, to feel loved for it to return the energy and light that it has held captive. If we cannot first accept ourselves as we are right now with all of our so called flaws, we will not find freedom. We will live in a world of repetitive patterns resisting and reacting to the same triggers in different people and different circumstances invested in protecting our fearful ego the false god. We even go so far as to think that this is the only way to survive annihilation and rejection.
Start being the witness of your own feelings and thoughts, once you are comitted to your “self” you will be thankful for the petty tyrants in your life, because you want to see what they are revealing about you, about what you truly need to thrive…
You will learn to walk away from bondages towards the self realization and fulfillment that is your birthright.
But first relax, be still, go inward so you can hear that call. #lifeisbeautiful #knowthyself #rastafari #2025 by @king_ambesa
