I came to UNILAG with a dream. I’m leaving with a story. 🎓🥹

Today, I officially defended my final year project — another chapter closed in a journey that started in 2020.

Six years of lessons, struggles, friendships, setbacks, wins, memories and moments I’ll never forget.

It wasn’t always easy. There were times I questioned myself, times I wanted to give up, and somehow… I kept going.

Today, I can finally say: I made it. ❤️

But this isn’t just a graduation post.

I documented this journey — the good, the bad, the beautiful and the moments in between.

🎬 My UNILAG Cinematic Memoir is OUT NOW on YouTube.

This is my story.
2020 — 2026.

SHSN Entrepreneur of the Year 🏆✨

A beautiful way to close this chapter. Grateful for the journey, the people, and the memories. ❤️

We made it! 🥂

PS: Most popular student entrepreneur in HSS, FASA & UNILAG! by @king_jonneeylaw

One more memory to add to the UNILAG chapter. 🥹💜

The laughs, the people, the moments — definitely one for the books.

PS: I barely got to converse with most of my coursemates, but from the bottom of my heart, I’ll genuinely miss y’all. 🥹❤️

I pray that when next we meet, we’ll all be at the TOP.🙏

On the 3rd of March, 2020, I gained admission into the University of Lagos after years of trials, disappointments and uncertainty.

My journey started in 2017. I kept writing JAMB and UNILAG Post UTME because I was determined to study Law; a dream I had held onto for years. I scored 309 in 2018/19, but being outside the catchment area kept putting admission out of reach. I wrote multiple WAEC, NECO and JAMB examinations, hoping for another chance.

Then came my lowest JAMB score ever — 260. That was when I finally let go of Law and changed my course to History and Strategic Studies.

What followed was a roller coaster.

UNILAG became a battle between academics, survival and hustling. There were times I felt like giving up, especially after failing a semester I had studied harder than ever for.

But somehow, I kept going.

Through the struggles. The disappointments. The financial pressure. The uncertainty.

And today, I AM A GRADUATE. 🎓❤️

Looking back, I realise the journey wasn’t perfect, but every part of it shaped me.

I have so much more to say about these past few years, but I’ll leave that for the cinematic video dropping this weekend. 🎬

For now, I just want to say THANK YOU.

Thank God for keeping me and providing for me through every season. Thank you to my family, friends, lecturers, mentors and everyone who contributed to my growth.

And to the boy who kept trying from 2017…

WE FINALLY MADE IT. 🥹🎓

To everyone who shared this journey with me, congratulations to US. ❤️

This degree is more than a certificate.

It is proof that I didn’t give up.

FYB Day 4: Costume Day. 😂💅

My babe wasn’t available today…

So I had to represent both of us. 😭🤣

Be honest: If you saw me on campus, would you recognize me? 🤭

Drop ONE WORD for this look. No filters, no mercy. 🤣👇🏽
