It's a cake! All edible, too.

Late post!

I have been baking and creating, but I just have not gotten around, too, posting.

I made this for my nephew, who turned 21 in January. He plays the tabla and has started to play harmonium as well.

It's eggless, vanilla sponge cake. So are the cupcakes. All Indian musical instrumental themed!

My biggest cake, yet. Was super happy with the outcome.

Who else is missing Christmas calories and the holidays? It's so miserable outside. I just want to eat cookies and cake... and sit and watch TV!

Reminding myself, It's January, and I need to start counting calories! 😕👌

Oh, Christmas tree, oh, Christmas tree, shall I have you with tea or coffee... 🌲😆

Had some leftover chocolate sponge, so I couldn't resist. Mint chocolate fudge filling and fresh cream frosting. Eggless!

Made this for my dear mum, with much love ❤️
She enjoys my chocolate cake, so that's what she got. With chocolate butter cream and fresh cream frosting. Eggless, too.

Cakes don’t get much healthier than this Buckwheat Apple bundt Cake. Birthday cake!
Tastes even better warmed up with custard.
