12 years old and still agile, strong, and down for a challenge. Went up and down all the hills at Vista view park today. Humbled me for real - looked at me like "hurry up" while i wheezed behind him. Grateful for every sunset together ❤️ cheers to many more years with this boy by @kirpuku

Maria Apuku Anastasia Kimmiesdottir Brandon. 1 of 2 of my soul dogs. My online persona. Our sweet, sweet girl. The sassiest icon. An absolute unit. A true Yandere. She is a national BARK ranger for the great smoky mountains. She was a free spirit and a gentle soul. Butterflies would land on her snout and flit around her while she lazed around.

I'm not sure how we move forward from here. We are all making sure her brother Kirua, who she was bonded to, gets a lot of love and attention.

Thank you to everyone who has petted her, loved her, and cared for her. If you ever come across any pictures or videos of her, I would love to see them. If anyone wants to "light a candle" for her, I put the link below + in my bio.

It's with a heavy heart that I share that our sweetheart Apuku has passed on and crossed the great rainbow bridge. She was truly a bright light in our lives; her love, sass, vivaciousness, and all our fantastic times together will live on in our hearts forever , even as we must now bid her goodbye.
For anyone that would like to light a candle in her memory, here's a link to her memorial site:
