What does one year of living your dream look like?

My journey from #WallStToWheel ❤️😇

This August marks one year since the studio came to life — and what a ride it has been!

Last summer, I took the boldest leap of my life: pivoting from an 18-year career in finance to build a life as an artist. Scary? Absolutely. Thrilling? More than I ever imagined.

Here’s how the first year unfolded:
• Aug ’24 – Officially registered my LLC. The dream started to feel real.

• Sept ’24 – My home studio began to take shape — clay on my hands, a new journey underway.

• Oct ’24 – Launched the Functional Ceramics collection at @maison53nj in Summit, NJ.
So thankful to Daniella, whose eye for connecting makers and ideas always feels fresh, original, and ahead of the curve.

• Dec ’24 – Kiln fired up at home & unveiled my Statement Centerpiece Collection in a private event.

• Jan ’25 – Kicked off the year with a special commission — crafting a custom centerpiece for a client who trusted me with their vision.

• Feb ’25 – Brought in more structure. Designed the studio workflows and invested in major equipment to scale.

• Mar ’25 – Launched Functional Collection @thelifewestfield in Westfield, NJ.
Grateful to Paige, who’s truly inspiring and has an eye for curating spaces that feel both timeless and fresh.

• Apr ’25 – Learned to make my own glazes @emma_tabachnick_pottery & experimented with product photography with @anshulraiphotography — magical milestones in my creative journey!

• May ’25 – Statement Centerpieces launched with @currenthome_ny in NYC & The Hamptons.
Thanks to Alyson & Karen, whose distinctive avant-garde style is a true gem in the world of luxury interiors.

• June ’25 – Studio made it to Greenwich, CT — hit the road with its first outdoor show.

• July ’25 – A full studio photoshoot @jennymayfieldphoto + countless hours designing the new website.

• Aug ’25 – Family vacation — a reminder that recharging is part of the journey, not a pause from it.😇

Could not have come this far without you being by my side. THANK YOU!!❤️🙏😇

What’s NEXT? Follow along and watch this space!❤️

#Dream by @kirtisheoranstudio

When I set out on this artistic journey, I was chasing a dream. Today, I’m taking a moment to truly soak it all in.

Feeling incredibly grateful to see my work find a place in Schumacher’s design showroom. It’s one of those pinch-me moments that makes you pause and reminds you why you started in the first place.

Thank you @dara_caponigro and the @schumacher1889 team for believing in my work and welcoming it into your world.

Schumacher’s legacy in the world of design is truly inspiring. What makes it even more special is your commitment to bringing designers and artists together to create meaningful spaces. I’m so honored to be a small part of that vision.❤️😇

“The Night Sky”

21” x 14” x 6” | Brown Speckled Stoneware Clay

Crafted from brown speckled clay, this piece celebrates the beauty above us. The charcoal glaze swirls like the vast night sky, while the speckled clay sparkles with countless stars. The free-flowing rim rises and falls like clouds carried by the wind, reminding us to enjoy the journey and keep believing in our dreams.

These designs are having a moment.

A few recent events, lots of lovely conversations, and several designs from the Functional Collection have officially sold out!❤️

Feeling incredibly grateful to everyone who connected with the work and welcomed a piece into their home.😇

Now for the good problem to have… 😉

I’m planning a small holiday batch of my functional collection, and I want YOU to help me decide what comes back first!

“Curvy And Proud”
12”x12”x8” | White & Black Stoneware Clay

A little wavy, a little wild, and definitely not here to fit in! From its dramatic ruffled rim to its bold stripes and circular base, this one wears its curves like a crown.

A sculptural piece made with white clay and hand-painted with black clay, capturing every small detail, and every fingerprint with intention.

A NEW YORK MOMENT 🤩

Mark your calendars!

Studio is heading to New York with SAB Gallery for the NY Affordable Art Fair!

A few very special pieces are making the journey from my studio in Summit to the art show in New York.

But which ones?

Stay tuned as I reveal the pieces selected for the fair… each one made by hand, one at a time, and never exactly replicated.

New York, I can’t wait.❤️

‘The Keeper’

14”x 14”x 19” | Black Stoneware Clay

Inspired by the belief that strong foundations give us the freedom to grow.

The Keeper is rooted in a solid, grounded base, symbolizing the experiences, and people that shape who we are. As the form rises, the clay softens into a woven, jute-like texture that feels lighter, freer, and more fluid.

Just as a strong foundation supports a building, our own foundation gives us the confidence to grow and embrace new possibilities.

From the studio’s Woven Earth series, this piece reflects the organic forms that have become studio’s signature. The woven jute-inspired texture brings depth and rustic character to the surface.

Handcrafted in black stoneware clay and finished with a soft white glaze, highlighting every fold and curve, celebrating every touch and every fingerprint.
