Ultrabonus live at Artistania in Neukölln on Halloween 2026. It got very late before they went on and Fege and I were kind of struggling to stick it out, but when Ultrabonus finally started playing, it was very much worth the wait. I love their band. It was also hilarious that Michael and I both independently went as Star Trek redshirts. Rachel has a photo somewhere…

Las Migrañas sur okfriday.ch!
"Born in Berlin in the midst of the pandemic, Las Migrañas hit the post-punk scene like a whirlwind of freshness, driven by a unique blend of "Latinx-Kraut" and the raw power of spoken word. The duo—whose name translates to "The Migraines"—delivers distorted South American anthems reimagined through the lens of art-punk. Openly embracing gender non-conformity, they offer an intoxicating performance that paints a vivid, complex picture of their world—a realm charged with noise and sensory stimuli. Their sound is built on basslines unleashing furious, catchy riffs, eclectic drum machines, and synthesizers that produce raw, glitchy sonic textures, all topped with vocals that shift between playful and roaring. Las Migrañas masks complexity with simplicity; the result is hypnotic and danceable. Their shows are more than mere concerts; they are performance rituals dedicated to the spirits of pleasure." @lasmigraniasok by @kitchenlegrecords
