🧀🧀🧀🧀🤍GOUDfam, when Strange Roots + Murph’s Kitchen get together, you already KNOW I’m pulling up hungry. 🍔🍺✨

We were invited to check out their newest collab kitchen, and honestly… this might be one of my favorite brewery x food pairings yet.

If you know me, you KNOW I’m a sour beer girlie through and through — and that’s exactly why Strange Roots Experimental Ales is my favorite brewery. Their sours aren’t just a feature on the menu… they’re THE star. Tart, funky, fruity, funky again and always keeping me curious.

And now they’ve teamed up with Murph’s Kitchen, created by Executive Chef Les Murphy after 30+ years of leading restaurant kitchens, to bring some seriously craveable Pittsburgh comfort food into the mix. Les understood the assignment, with perfect execution. The chicken and smash burger were both crafted to perfection. Juicy, flavorful, just damn GOUD. The chips were loaded & I mean loooaded to the brim. We got a taste of their new chili Mac that blends a rich creamy Mac with some seriously hearty chili. Everything was phenomenal, but even more was Les x Strange Roots hospitality the entire time. They clearly put their heart and soul into the food and brews and it shows.

Aaaand can I just say… a Strange Roots sour collab has been a DREAM of mine. 👀 So if anyone over there is reading this… I’m just saying… @itsgoudafooda x Strange Roots? A little GOUD-approved sour? I have ideas. 😏🍓🍋
Big flavors, GOUD people, and beer that makes my sour-loving heart VERY happy. #GOUDapproved
