From day one, my role as a father has always been my top priority. Just because it has always been my top priority doesn’t mean there haven’t been challenges. There was a point in time when I was a complete mess due to the relationship my son and I didn’t have. I will always be grateful for the people who supported me through those times❗️ When you’re a father and all you want is your son to have the opportunity to succeed in every important area in his life, but you don’t communicate and see each other regularly, the fear starts to kick in. It’s a fear that stems from knowing the importance of a boy having his father in his life, especially when you didn’t have that opportunity❗️ The relationship my son and I have today is a testimony to the power of staying true to what you believe in and committed to what’s important. The road has been extremely bumpy at times but we have prevailed and are continually prevailing everyday❗️ Being a father is not about providing material support, it’s about the relationship you have with your son/child. Do they trust you? Do they know you? Do you listen to them? Do you understand them? Are you willing to set aside your own beliefs on how things should be when needed? Do you lead by example? Do you show them by actions not just words? These are some of the important questions that you can consider if you want to have a successful relationship with your son❗️ If you’re a father and you’re struggling in your relationship with your son for any reason and you want a change I can help you start feeling better today. Reach out and we can start working today❗️ I wear different hat’s, but the most important hat is being a father❗️ Don’t hesitate to reach out, I got you❗️ Remember, feeling confident in your role as a father will help you succeed in every other area of your life❗️ #father #son #win #journey #support #love #showup #grateful 🫡 by @kitodfit

You’re either part of the problem or part of the solution‼️ Stop pointing fingers if you’re not going to contribute to the change‼️ It’s easy to hide in the background and complain about what’s wrong… It takes courage to step forward and do something about it‼️ Action speaks louder than words‼️ No excuses‼️ #mindset #accountability #change #action 🫡 by @kitodfit

Don’t sleep on the leg press‼️ I hear a lot of people say, “Don’t bother with the leg press. It’s a waste of time.” Ironically, many of the people making that claim probably have never even used it‼️ I won’t get into all the benefits, but I can tell you this… 👉 The leg press is an excellent tool for developing focused lower-body strength & building muscle mass‼️ 👉 Additionally, it also provides valuable support for other major compound movements, including squats and deadlifts‼️ Your legs are built to be challenged. Give them a reason to grow‼️ No excuses‼️ If you’re ready to build a strong foundation from the ground up… DM “STRENGTH” for 1:1 Coaching‼️ #mindset #discipline #train #legs #strength 🫡 by @kitodfit
You want to build your biceps and get a solid pump without touching a weight… Half-rep chin-ups are where it’s at‼️ Traditional chin-ups already put your biceps to work… But controlled half-reps can keep your biceps under tension and bring that pump to another level‼️ No weights. No excuses. Just bodyweight and effort‼️ DM “READY” to Level Up‼️ #mindset #biceps #chinups #calisthenics #bodyweight 🫡 by @kitodfit
The opportunity has been in front of you the entire time… Your eyes just weren’t opened yet‼️ Trust the process‼️ No excuses‼️ DM “READY” for 1:1 coaching‼️ #mindset #discipline #patience #faith #forward 🫡 by @kitodfit
As much as I can stand alone, it’s a blessing to be supported‼️ It’s bigger than you… Don’t be so focused on yourself, you forget to recognize and appreciate others‼️ Praise God‼️ 🫡 by @kitodfit
