πŸŽ‰ HAPPY 6 MONTHS TO KITSAP MAHJONG! πŸ€„πŸ’™ Six months ago, I taught my very first Mahjong class, and what an adventure it’s been! From first Mahjongs to full tables and friendships formed over tiles, this little business has grown into something I never imagined. πŸ’™ There have been plenty of late nights, learning curves, and more Mahjong equipment than I know what to do with! πŸ˜‚ But the people I’ve met make it all worthwhile. And since today is Halloween, I’m celebrating by releasing the mugshots of Kitsap County’s most notorious Mahjong criminals! πŸŽƒπŸ“Έ Wanted for joker murders, wall offenses, illegal exposures, and possession of extra blank tiles. 🚨 Some have requested legal representation. Nobody is cooperating. πŸ˜‚ THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Kitsap Mahjong these past six months! I’m so grateful for this community! πŸ’™πŸ¦ by @kitsapmahjong
πŸŽƒπŸ¦ BIRDIE LEAGUE: WEEK 6 | HALLOWEEN EDITION! Things got a little SPOOKY and weird in the Birdie nest this week! πŸ‘»πŸ€„ Six weeks down, two to go! Our Birdies brought the Halloween spirit to the tables, along with plenty of tricks, treats, and Mahjong shenanigans! πŸ† REMINDER: ONLY YOUR BEST 6 WEEKS COUNT! Now that Week 6 is officially in the books, the final two weeks are your chance to replace those lower scores and shake up the leaderboard! 🎨 A little birdie shoutout to Michelle of Inky Pinky Studios! Be sure to check out her creative work! 🚨 WANTED: MAHJONG OFFENDERS! Apparently, we've got more Mahjong criminals than we can fit in one post! πŸ˜‚ Stay tuned for PART TWO, featuring everyone's Mahjong citations and mugshots. Nobody escapes the Mahjong police! πŸš” Two weeks left, Birdies. Stay out of trouble this weekend ... or at least try not to get caught! πŸ¦πŸ’€ #mahjongg #Kitsap #washington #Mahjong #Halloween by @kitsapmahjong
πŸ‘» Things are getting SPOOKY at Birdie League! πŸŽƒ We are heading into Week 6, and the competition is heating up as our two flocks enter the home stretch! Who will survive the final weeks? πŸ€„ A special shoutout to @macmillermahjong πŸ’œ We're bringing some extra eye candy to the tables with several of their gorgeous tile sets for our Birdies to play with this week. Trust us, you are going to want to see these beauties in person! Costumes, a little friendly competition, and some wickedly good Mahjong. See you at the tables, Birdies! 🐦 Swipe for all the spooky details! πŸ‘» #mahjong #mahjongg #bremerton #kitsap #Poulsbo by @kitsapmahjong
Five weeks down, and our Birdies are keeping things interesting! Between the Mahjongs, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs, these Monday and Wednesday nights have become something special. πŸ’™ A special shoutout to Sarah of @fortunetilecollective ! Sarah has been such a wonderful supporter of Kitsap Mahjong and our growing Mahjong community. From sharing her beautiful creations to cheering on our players, she has been part of our journey, and we are so grateful! We were lucky enough to feature both of her babies, Woodland Whimsy and Gig Harbor, this week! We cannot wait to see what beautiful new designs she dreams up for 2027. Thank you, Sarah, for being part of our flock! πŸ’š πŸŽƒ BIRDIES, NEXT WEEK IS COSTUME WEEK! Poulsbo and Bremerton, come dressed in your Halloween best! Costumes are encouraged, and we cannot wait to see what shows up at the tables. Five weeks in, three to go!πŸ€„ #Kitsap #bremerton #poulsbo #mahjongg #nmjl by @kitsapmahjong
We don’t play with blanks or extra jokers, but @fortunetilecollective is making it REALLY hard to resist with the adorable forest creatures in her Woodland Whimsy set! πŸŒ²πŸ¦ŠπŸ’• Suddenly, I’m reconsidering my house rules! πŸ€„οΈ by @kitsapmahjong
πŸ“£ Cheering on one of our own! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸŽŠ You may have played or recognize Linsey from our mahjong tables, but outside of Mahjong, she's been putting in the miles for something close to our hearts! Linsey is running the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon while raising funds for the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, helping support individuals with autism and their families. Kitsap Mahjong is proud to support Linsey, both at the table and beyond. πŸ€„πŸ’™ If you'd like to cheer her on with a donation, here's her fundraising link: https://bit.ly/3REqxq7 Go, Linsey! Your Mahjong community is rooting for you! by @kitsapmahjong
