feeling a little emotional about this one. 😮‍💨

this body birthed a whole human who is somehow 15 years old now. it has carried me through some of the best seasons of my life and some of the hardest. it has been through so much physically, mentally, emotionally… and somehow, it keeps carrying me.

so yeah, I’m proud of the physical changes. but I think I’m even more proud of the girl who kept choosing herself along the way.

some days I can give 100%. some days it’s 50%. some days I’ve got about 10% in me and that has to be enough. I’ve learned that consistency isn’t giving your all every single day. it’s giving what you have that day and continuing to show up.

choosing yourself over and over and over again.

because those tiny choices don’t always feel significant in the moment, but eventually you look back and realize they changed you.

and the funny thing is, I’m still not where I want to be in so many areas of my life. I’m still figuring shit out. still growing. still rebuilding. still becoming.

but I think that’s kind of the point. I don’t need to have everything figured out to be proud of how far I’ve come.

so, that being said, how have you showed up for yourself today? 🫶🏼

Funny thing about Pretty Loud…

It was built by three women who know what it feels like to make ourselves smaller.

To second guess the big idea.
To care a little too much about being understood.
To wonder if the dream was too big, the vision too different, the expression too much.

At some point, each of us learned the same lesson in our own way:

you don’t become who you’re meant to be by turning yourself down.

Pretty Loud grew from that.

Kaleigh. Angel. Liz.

Three women with different backgrounds, different creative disciplines + different ways of seeing the world, brought together by a shared belief in what happens when you stop creating for approval and start creating from what’s true.

That belief shapes everything we build.

The brands we develop.
The identities we design.
The talent we help expand.
The experiences we create.
The stories we tell.
The opportunities we uncover.
The details people remember.

Because we’re not interested in making people + brands louder just to compete for attention.

We’re interested in uncovering what makes them impossible to confuse with anyone else.

The truth.
The point of view.
The thing that makes someone feel something.
The big vision underneath all of it.

And then giving it the creative direction, design, storytelling, access + execution to take up the space it deserves.

That’s Pretty Loud.

Boldness without needing to prove it.
Expression without permission.
Softness without shrinking.
Big ideas without apology.

So, hi 💋

We’re the women behind Pretty Loud.

And we’re building this for everyone who’s ever known there was something bigger in them and finally decided to turn the volume up. by @kittykashmoney

Hate to break it to you, but the secret is being annoyingly consistent. 😮‍💨

Lift heavy, eat your protein, move your body, and don’t forget to live a little.

No shortcuts, no magic tricks. Just showing up for yourself over and over again.

Angela is dead & gone, but damn did she get me far. 🙏🏻

Put this outfit on for the first time in almost 2 years and had a moment. It took me right back to a version of myself who was just trying to survive, keep everything together, and figure out who she was.

A lot of things had to fall apart for me to become who I am today.

And while that version of me is long gone, I’ll always have love for the girl who got me here.

Same outfit. Different woman. 🤍

fitness girlie but make it well fed, stress free & a little unhinged ✨

lift heavy, eat your protein, have the damn pasta, drink the spicy marg, touch grass, act a little stupid & protect your peace.

because what’s the point of having a bangin’ body if you’re too miserable to enjoy living in it???
