POSTS STORIES REELS

i did it!!!! 300hour Yoga Teacher Training with @rishikeshyogpeeth 🥹 4 weeks living in the hills of the Himalayans mountains of India and wow i have never experienced such peace and oneness🫂✨🏔️🌿

My time here showed and told me so much as we worked into the depths of yoga as the way of living and the life we carry outside of our “physical asana practice” (eg: Yamas & Niyamas), the lessons of one pointedness concentrationand the beauty of silence (eg: Pratyahara, Dharana & Dhyana). Thank you @sakshi.chaitanya for your divine wisdom 🕉️

Understanding Ayurveda and how to heal the ancient way using mother earths medicines (eg: kyras, herbs, plants, food, oils…). Understanding the anatomy of our bodies in yoga and outside of yoga. Thank you @drvivekpm_ayur for your caring healing and spreading it to the world 🌿✨

In depth Iyengar Alignment classes, to help with our own practice and as well as for guiding others, 3+ hours a day of Asana practice being strong traditional hatha classes/ashtanga (mysore) helping us find confidence in our physical ability and working with feeling, not forcing; breaking from the mental strain/ego we force ourselves to feel or put ourselves in (both physical in poses and mental to please the ego). Thank you @amit__yoga for you in-depth knowledge and energy 🧘🏽‍♂️🙏🏼Thank you @naveenchauhan897 for bringing more confidence to our practice 🔥🤸🏽‍♂️

Mantra Chanting deeping our respect and relationships with the divine and Pranayama practice- consciously harvesting our breath in certain pranayama techniques to help bring more life force/energy to certain areas of our physical, mental and spiritual body. Thank you @shailesh.chamoli11 for your early morning prayers and teachings 🌬️🔱

Thank you @rishikeshyogpeeth and all the staff for holding us with so much love, kindness, care and support during our incredible journey there. Bittersweet moment to finish but couldn’t be more grateful for the light it has brought to me💚

I also want to thank all the students on my course for being such beautiful souls, supporting each other mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Love to you all🪷💛

Love KiwiEm ✨🩷 by @kiwiyogawithem

say hi to the face of kiwiyogawithem! 🥝🪬🧘🏼‍♀️✨

Wow what a cosmic journey this has been! 🥰🌀🦚

I thought i’d introduce myself to the beautiful people who might not know me 🤗

My name is Emily but also go by the name em or kiwi 💜🥝

I‘m a Sagittarius ♐️🔥 with earthy, watery and airy placements 🌀

I love all things nature, travel, animals, yoga, new foods, card readings, connecting with spirit, laughing, herbal teas, flowers and bring a feeling of peace to myself and others 🔮

I started my spiritual journey about 5 years ago and have always looked forward ever since. When I first was introduced to yoga I had no idea how much depth there was to it and as my connection grew with it, I found that; yoga is my therapy! My therapy to be present, quite the second mind, focus on me for once, feeling my spirit guides and angels through my practice and surprising myself mentally, physically and spiritually 🤲🏼🦋

I love yoga as it helps you tap into the best version of yourself (which is always there)by connecting you to your breath, trusting yourself, your chakras, muscles, the mind, others souls and so much more📿

I then realised I would love to be a yoga teacher to be able to mirror this beautiful energy yoga makes me feel to others and that’s how I started ☮️

Thank you for reading and Namaste to the past, the present and the future teachers! 🧘🏽‍♂️✨🧘🏼‍♀️✨🧘🏾

Sending love and light to you all! 🌅

Outdoor Yoga Flow offered for two of my clients in the comfort of their beautiful garden 💚🕉️🌿

Alongside studio classes, I also offer private 1:1 and 2:1 or any size party yoga sessions through KiwiYoga. Each session can be shaped around what feels right for you, whether that’s simply making space to move and flow, or exploring particular areas of your practice and things you’d like to work on. There’s room for both, and everything in between.

If this is something of interest or if you have any questions please don’t be shy to DM or join my yoga whatsapp group in my bio! 💛

last aug 2025 i completed a initiation of the depths of cacao; a beautiful sacred medicine! learning about the power of cacao not just in “ceremony” but in as everyday practice, helping us connect with our heart space, ground us in the present and finding more gratitude for mother earth and everything she provides for us both physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually! we dived deeper with prayers, altar building, guided meditations with cacao, the science behind this heart-opener, holding space for the spirit of cacao & deepening our own personal connections with this ancient medicine!✨

Ix Cacao the goddess of cacao, abundance, fertility & spiritual wisdom thank you for opening my heart and showing me your depths! Thank you Mary Magdalene for holding us in space with your rose energy, another divine feminine bringing us sweetness, unconditional love & spiritual awakening! 🤎🌹♥️

As some of you know I’ve been converting my whole wardrobe for the past 3 years to all natural fabrics 🌿As we breath our skin breaths too, so here’s a few reasons why you wearing bamboo allows us to improve our life in different ways ways: ⤵️

1. Physically: Temperature-regulating, naturally hypoallergenic, antibacterial, moisture-wicking fibres, managing sweat, and preventing bacterial growth, UV protection.
2. Mentally: Regulating our nervous system, prevents overheating which physically lowers cortisol (stress) levels, minimalist mindset, calmer mind & better sleep quality.
3. Spiritually: Connection to Mother Earth, deep rootedness energy, clearing out stagnant or negative energy, 60-120Hz.
4. Environmentally: lower carbon emissions, less pesticides, less chemical fertilisers, biodegradable, less water usage, bamboo regenerates without replanting & is one of the fastest-growing plants on Earth.

Have you thought about converting to natural fabrics or products? Use the poll below 💚
