Bless you & welcome Holy Autumn 🍂. Holy grief. Holy stillness, darkness, letting go. Going within, getting cozy, slowing down. I found myself scared recently of the unknown & the what comes next... Fall gently whispered today, don't fret, it's all part of it, loved one. Transitions of all kinds are a beautiful part of it 🙏🏼🤎.

Sharing pretty pictures & a serious message, in honor of September being Recovery Month & Suicide Awareness Month 💜. I had a panic attack today for the first time in a very long time. I have amazing support & I'm totally ok now. I even had a regularly scheduled therapy appointment today, which was perfectly timed. But I feel compelled to share about this, for these few reasons...

First, you seriously never know what people are going through, & depression & anxiety looks different for everyone that experiences it. Even people that look like they have it together go through really tough shit. I have a village around me that I wouldn't survive without. Check in with your people 🩷. I also believe it's important to talk about our mental health & recovery journeys as it de-stigmatizes this topic & may give someone space to share or reach out. I recover out loud because countless people have supported me over the years, & I believe with all my heart that recovery is possible for everyone. I know it's so hard... I really do 🥹🫂. But goddammit it's so worth it. You're worth it. There are people out here that get it, that get you, that see you, that are rooting for you. Please know it's possible for you, & your loved ones. Borrow my belief if you need to. Thanks to my village, I've got a lot to spare 🫶🏼❤️‍🩹🌈🪷. by @krupkah
