hidden pictures for an interesting work day
An arrow growing out of a painted pattern, quietly pointing to the fire alarm. A parkour runner's shadow, mid-jump between two color fields. A tiny Spiderman hanging from a single line. A shaded cube that suddenly pulls a flat pattern into 3D.
We plan these on purpose. Details to be spotted months later while the big mural right next to it has already become... background noise.
A hidden detail never fully gets "seen." It stays open. And whoever finds it does something no mural ever did on its own: tells someone.
A design detail becomes a social moment

Munich calling. Again. 🚆
Besides our home base Berlin, one city keeps pulling us back more than most: Munich.
Lobbies for Le Meridien. Offices for Red Hat and Arno Design. The Atlas- Building in Werksviertel. The Anni-Albers-Straße complex, finalized last year.
What happens when Berlin handwriting lands in a Munich room? Rough edges read differently. Layers feel denser.
Also the urban art scene around MUCA and Werksviertel makes us feel less far from home than the cliché suggests.
So we feel more like somewhere between guest artists and cultural ambassadors and enjoy Munich whenever we can.

40 cm between your forehead and the felt.
The phone booth is the closest you'll ever stand to an office wall.
So we don't fill it with design, we let it breath, so you can enjoy the designs outside, while you catch a short break to calm down and focus.

A building, woven into a tapestry
Behind the reception of an office complex on Anni-Albers-Straße in Munich hangs a hand-woven wall tapestry – the legend for the entire building.
Every floor carries its own weave pattern. Walls, doors, glass, floors. In the foyer, all of them converge into this one textile.
Don't know it? You see a pattern.
Know it? You read the building.
Hand-woven in Milan. Inspired by Anni Albers, who turned weaving into a way of thinking long before anyone else did.
What surprised us: how much a single textile can shift a room otherwise ruled by glass, stone, and concrete. Softer acoustics. Material weight. Depth.

Hallway feelings.
The spaces nobody designs are the ones everyone walks through. Every day. Multiple times.
Except, we care: Geometric compositions stretching around corners. Surreal collages turning corridors into galleries. Custom wallpapers where you'd least expect them. From abstract to illustrative – every hallway tells a different story.
Because the walk to the meeting can be the better experience.

From tape on the streets to art inside the walls.
What started as graffiti and tape art has become something bigger: Interior Art. Not just decoration. Art that transforms spaces into experiences.
Urban energy meets architecture. Raw creativity meets refined craft. Every wall tells a story.
Same drive. Bigger canvas. 🖤

Springtime and Murals

Nothing warms our hearts more than seeing facades come to life, except perhaps the spring sunshine in May. The best thing about beautiful facade murals is that they’re colorful all year round. Used in the right way, they can transform an old industrial building into a modern club, a gray school into a cultural hub, and a row of houses into a real neighborhood.

As far as we’re concerned, there can never be too many murals.

So go out and show us your favourite murals or those empty walls that desperatly need one.

ABSTRAKTOR ISSUE 10

Purple energy. Pure tension.

Somewhere between chaos and control — form emerges.
Sharp. Loud. Precise.

A frozen moment in motion.

Limited. Signed. Real.
