Origins is an expression of the forces that make us: the paradigms and circumstances we are born into, the path initially provided for us, and the point at which we begin making our own decisions and choosing a direction for ourselves. The palette is neutral, but the energy is high. Origins, 2026 Mixed media on raw linen 36 × 48 in Available From the Becoming Home collection. Selected for the digital exhibition Arrival Gallery Show, Paris, September 2026. Inquiries through the link in bio. #KellsieMoore #Origins #BecomingHome #RawLinen #ContemporaryArt by @kmfineartpaintings
Whenever I paint water or seaside scenes, I want to be able to imagine hearing the seagulls calling in the background. During an unexpected three-month stay in Andorra, our lives were in a period of uncertainty and change. From the balcony of our apartment, I began seeing a white horse on the nearby hillside almost every day. Its peaceful, powerful presence brought a feeling of reassurance—that everything would be okay. White Horse, 2026 Mixed media, acrylic, and charcoal 30 × 40 in Available From the Becoming Home collection. #KellsieMoore #BecomingHome #ContemporaryArt #MixedMediaPainting #ColoradoArtist by @kmfineartpaintings

The earth beneath our feet holds so much life. Sediment forms geology, geology shapes geography, and geography influences the resources we have and the ways we experience our lives. It begins with the ground. Sound of Sediment, 2026 Acrylic, charcoal, mixed media 30 × 40 in Available From the Becoming Home collection. #KellsieMoore #BecomingHome #ContemporaryPainting #ColoradoArtist #MixedMediaArt by @kmfineartpaintings
Artist Spotlight: Kellsie Moore @kmfineartpaintings Interdisciplinary artist, anthropologist, and author Kellsie Moore explores a powerful question through her work: how does a place become part of a person? Drawing from anthropology, global travel, and geology, Kellsie creates layered abstract paintings on raw linen using earth pigments, charcoal, and rich textures. Her work isn’t about depicting landscapes, it’s about mapping identity, memory, and belonging. From exhibiting nationally to serving as an Artist-in-Residence for the Van Gogh Immersive Experience, Kellsie uses art and dialogue to invite viewers to reflect on how their own environments shape who they are. #artistspotlight #arrivalgallery #justarrived by @kmfineartpaintings
