Smiles were everywhere at the Historic Homes of 06880 yesterday, no doubt in part to our special hosts like Nikko! We thank all of them for graciously opening their doors to share how they have loved, preserved and enhanced these homes that have stood for centuries. And we thank all of the attendees for their interest in historic homes and the preservation of Westport heritage and our community. It is truly an honor and a privilege for the KMS Team to sponsor this tour on behalf of the great work of @06880danwoog — the place where Westport Meets the World! We are building our list for next year already. Please reach out to suggest your home, or nominate one that you’d love to see! As always, we are here to guide your real estate journey with knowledge, insight and commitment. #communitymatters #westportct #06880 #teamkMS #historichomes by @kms_compass
We were flattered to be included in this year’s Westport historic house tour hosted by 06880 and the KMS Team. America has a rich architectural history, but it is a finite one. Year by year we see so much of our unique architectural legacy being pulled down. Hopefully, this tour proves these homes remain viable places to live and work. @06880danwoog @kms_compass #06880 #historichouse #historicpreservation #westportct #greensfarms by @kms_compass

We’re proud to once again sponsor the 4th annual Historic Homes of 06880 Tour, returning tomorrow, Sunday, November 1. At KMS Team at Compass, we believe that Westport’s history is an important part of what makes this community so special. And what better way to celebrate it than by opening the doors to five remarkable homes, each with its own story to tell? This year’s tour offers a rare opportunity to step inside some of Westport’s most distinctive residences, including the home where Daniel Webster lived while creating Westport’s Minute Man monument, a Tudor Revival once owned by actor Frank Gorshin, a home once owned by actor Mason Adams, AKA Lou Grant, and two other fascinating properties. From architectural details to the stories of the people who lived here, there’s so much to discover about the history woven into our community. We’re delighted to support 06880 and its continued work documenting and celebrating Westport’s past, present and future. We hope you’ll join us! 🎟️ A few tickets remain—Learn more: https://06880danwoog.com/2026/09/30/06880-historic-homes-tour-returns-november-1/ #06880Blog #WestportCT #HistoricHomes #WestportHistory #KMSCompass KMSteam by @kms_compass

This is a real opportunity! Walk to town. Work from home. Just over $1M in the heart of Westport. Most homes give you a place to live. 310 Main Street gives you a place to live and a business address if you so wish! Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen and dining space, a wood-burning fireplace, and sliding doors to your own private stone patio. Downstairs is the surprise: a town-approved home office suite with its own separate entrance, two offices, and a waiting room. Private practice. Professional office. The ultimate work-from-home setup, with a commute of about ten steps. Downtown Westport is a short walk away, and with room to make it your own, this combination is getting harder to find at this price. Private tours are open. Message me to see 310 Main Street before someone else does. A great day at the Westport office! 🏡✨ We were thrilled to welcome Compass Founder & CEO Robert Reffkin for an inspiring conversation about the See It First campaign and the future of real estate. It was a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and explore how we can continue to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. Connecticut energy bills are making headlines again — ours are some of the highest in the country, and heating season hasn’t even started. ⚡️ So this is the part of 16 Westport Avenue we can’t stop talking about: it’s a luxury home that was designed to fight back. Solar with battery storage. On-demand water heater. Energy recovery ventilator. And CASA smart technology running lighting, shades, climate and locks from one app — so the house only uses energy where and when you actually need it. All of it wrapped in a just-finished build steps from Compo Beach: three levels of light, a panoramic rooftop deck, and a private loggia with a heated spa below. Beautiful and built to cost less to run. That’s the new definition of smart. $6,495,000 | 4 bd · 4.1 ba · 3,260 sq ft | 16 Westport Avenue, Westport, CT | Presented by the KMS Team at Compass 📩 DM us ‘TOUR’ for the full gallery + private showing times. #KMSCompass #WestportCT #WestportRealEstate #LuxuryRealEstate #EnergyEfficientHome by @kms_compass
