Guys… it’s time for some real talk from Karen.
We’ve been hearing a lot about this lately from clients, and honestly, none of it has been good. Confusion, frustration, things that just aren’t working… we get it.

So we did what we always do: we researched, we asked questions, and we found something we actually feel confident bringing to you.

Introducing LOCKrx: a clinically backed hair growth solution that’s showing real results for most people in just 1–2 months.

And we’re giving you the chance to try it next Wednesday, April 8th.
• 15-minute service• $99 (this day only- normally $135)• Performed by LOCKrx + RAD Salon Services’ own Eric McLemore

Spots are very limited.

If hair loss has been on your mind, this is your sign to stop guessing and start getting answers.

Fill out the form in our bio to get started & Olivia will reach out within 24 hours to book your appointment.

She stopped fighting her greys… and she looks STUNNING. If you’ve been looking for a reason to do the same.. look at this gorgeous babe and take this AS YOUR SIGN.🤍🖤

Grey blending ensures you have a seamless grow-out: NO harsh lines, no more every-4-week panic appointments.

This look is created using soft dimension, strategic placement, and a color plan that works with your natural silver… not against it.

Grey blending is the future of color for women who want:

• Less maintenance
• More dimension
• Timeless confidence

Normalize vision boarding and goal setting with your girlies each year 🤍🥂

What started as a busy Saturday in the salon turned into the coziest night: comfy clothes, pizza, vision board making, setting goals, and writing letters to our future selves💌

WE ALL HAVE THIS THOUGHT AS STYLISTS (especially on those busy days where you feel like you don’t even get a second to breathe):

“How am I gonna do this for the rest of my life?”

If that question has ever kept you up at night, just know, we hear you. You’re not weak for thinking it, and you’re definitely not alone.

Karen’s been a full-time stylist for over 30 years, and she knows first-hand the anxiety and fear that burnout can bring when your career is just starting to take off. You feel blessed to be so busy, but by the end of each day, you’re completely drained of all of your energy.

Karen’s Secret? It’s not working harder. It’s who you surround yourself with.

Your team. Your clients. Your people.
Remember: You chose this industry to be WITH people, and when those people are like-minded, supportive, grateful, and respectful of what you do, they don’t drain you… they carry you.

Burnout isn’t a personal failure…. it’s a sign you need the right support system. And with the right one, you don’t just survive this career… you grow in it. 💛✂️ by @kmsgroi_lokabeautystudio
