𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨. ✨

This year, 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐎𝐜𝐡𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐧 brings 𝐎𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐬 to the Landesakademie Ochsenhausen, one of Germany’s leading centres for music education, set within the historic grounds of a former Benedictine monastery. With rehearsal rooms, performance spaces and accommodation all on site, it offers a wonderful setting for several days of focused work, musical exchange, shared experience and time spent making music together.

From Monday to Friday, participants and faculty will come together for individual lessons, rehearsals, mock auditions, a cello workshop and concerts, with plenty of time in between to exchange ideas, connect and enjoy the surroundings.

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming everyone and to sharing what we hope will be a really special few days together in Ochsenhausen.

Keep an eye on our feed and Stories over the coming days for glimpses behind the scenes and into life at the String Academy Ochsenhausen.

I want to say a big, big, big thank you to @knightcello for a fantastic year and for all your support. I’m deeply grateful for your time and your passion, you’ve become like a mother to me, and I feel lucky in my life to have had the chance to meet you.

@royalacademyofmusic is the place where I finally felt that I’m not alone. I had the chance to play at @wigmore_hall and released my debut album with @alexeigrynyuk on @linnproducts. I also recorded the soundtrack for the film “I Want to Live”, composed by @aizhananurkenova, an award-winning British-Kazakh film composer and pianist recognised at the 2026 Student Academy award (student Oscar✨), along with many other projects. Got a chance to play different most fine cellos and bows from @florianleonhard and @beareslondon 😇 and finally got a laureate at @queenelisabethcompetition.
.
I’d also like to thank my whole new musical family: my classmates, who were wonderful throughout the year and achieved so much. I wish you all even more to come, and I hope you stay safe and well in the years ahead.
.
My London chapter has been amazing, and now it’s time to move on. I’ll remember my time at @royalacademyofmusic with @knightcello forever, with all my heart. 🩶

P.S. London weather is wonderful too 😁 by @knightcello
