Do you ever struggle with a persistent cough? Be sure to try this xx by @knowles_ingrid
Teething can be so cruel and at times parents can feel absolutely helpless, not knowing how best to support their little one. As a mother, I am very cautious as to what products I use on my children's little bodies. By using doTERRA, I can safely support my little ones by confidently applying this blend along the jaw line as often as needed 💗 Do you really know the ingredients you're using on your little loves? If you're interested in learning more, please contact me today 🥰 by @knowles_ingrid
With Spring upon us, so are seasonal threats. Could you use a little support? by @knowles_ingrid
The best thing about making your own beauty products is that it's so convenient. This morning I ran out of face moisturiser, so quickly whipped myself up a batch. Due to the majority of products being similar for each recipe, I had everything I needed in my pantry. An added bonus is that it's super cheap💃 by @knowles_ingrid
I'd really like to share this graphic with you all. doTERRA's IceBlue is one of many absolute game changers. Our family use it often, & add it to many blends. It really is so versatile 💙 If you're interested in hearing more, please contact me xx by @knowles_ingrid
And the really really cool part..... I've been able to make a conscious choice to reduce our toxic load. I refuse to purchase store bought products that are full of toxic rubbish 🙌🏻 by @knowles_ingrid
Breakfast prep is so simple with this little recipe. How delicious do these look! Green Mandarin essential oil is my new favourite right now 🥰 by @knowles_ingrid
☃️ ❄ ARE YOU WINTER READY ? ❄ ☃️ I absolutely swear by this blend. I'm able to protect the whole family against seasonal threats, even my babies. I've made up 2 separate blends, one for my husband and I by simply following this graphic. The other for our little ones by adding 1 drop of each. We apply this to the back of our necks and the soles of our feet at the very first sign of feeling unwell. I also add two drops of each to my diffuser, which I diffuse throughout the day in my main living room. This blend can also be taken internally by placing the appropriate amount of drops inside a veggie capsule, topped up with a food grade carrier oil. My husband and I personally add one drop of Tea Tree oil to our Veggie capsules as we trust doTERRA, however this is optional. Essential Oil should not be taken internally by children under the age of 12. What easier way to boost your immune system, naturally 🙌🏻 LOVE my doTERRA ❤ by @knowles_ingrid
You can never share too much of a good thing right? 😍 Peppermint Bliss Balls are a definite winner in our house. And how cute are the Christmas limited edition silicone moulds 💜 If you would like to know how to make these delicious snacks, please contact me. by @knowles_ingrid
Welcome beautiful people and welcome to my passion. These oils are absolutely amazing. I cannot imagine life without them and quite frankly I’m not sure what I did before we met. Please let me know if you’d like to know more 💜💚 xxx by @knowles_ingrid
