Balancing protein goals, nursing my 9.5-month-old, and Hyrox training is no small feat — here’s what a week of meal prep looks like for me right now. Save this if you’re in the same season!

We completed our first @legacyraceofficial today! Our goal was sub-50. We crossed at 48:41 — in the heat, on legs that gave everything across 8 stations and 8×400s. We’re extremely proud of that number, but honestly? These two are the real reason we keep showing up. This is what we’re staying strong for. 💙🏅 Massive thank you to @_dalerobinson for hosting this and we’ll see you next year for Round 2! #fitmom #momswhotrain #legacyrace #racedayrecap #hyroxtraining by @kns_keeping.it.fit

Legacy Race #2 ✅
📍 Raced with my husband in the morning
🏅 Finished strong together
🎃 Home by the afternoon for trick-or-treating with our girls 🤍

My takeaways:
1. Pack the Body Glide (NEVER skip it)
2. Race with people you love and make new friends along the way 🤝🏼
3. Glitter makes everything faster ✨

Next up: Hyrox in December 👀 Drop a 🔥 if you’re racing with us! #legacyrace #runworkrepeat #fitcouple #racedayvibes by @kns_keeping.it.fit

Our rainbow baby 🩷🌈 It was just October, and now she’s one. After the storm came the brightest light. Happy 1st birthday, sweet Margot🤍 #firstbirthday #rainbowbaby #octoberbaby #girlmom by @kns_keeping.it.fit

LEGACY RACE SERIES | PART 1 🏁

Katelyn did her first Legacy Race, and Peyton watched all of her hard work pay off on race day. That inspired him to step outside his comfort zone and take on the next one with her.

His biggest concern? 😂
“I just don’t want to slow her down.”

But they’re already getting more out of this than just preparing for a race. They’re training together, challenging each other, and learning even more about one another along the way.

Now they’re taking on Mixed Doubles in Tompkinsville—together.

Sometimes your person becomes your inspiration. ❤️

RUN. WORK. REPEAT.

Hyrox sim day with my girl 🫶 No fancy edits, just a real session, a lot of heavy breathing, and a shirt that would not cooperate 🙃

If you’ve been thinking Hyrox isn’t for you because you’re not a runner or a lifter, it is. Grab a partner and start where you are. #hyrox #hyroxtraining #momswhotrain #gymfriends #gymmotivation by @kns_keeping.it.fit

Me at 9am: “this workout looks fine.”
Me at 57 minutes: laying on the turf wondering if I’ll be ready for Hyrox Nashville in December 😅 Hyrox prep days are humbling. #hyrox #hyroxtraining #hyroxprep #roadtohyrox #momswhotrain by @kns_keeping.it.fit

Baby Margot is napping, so today calls for Nora + mama time. 🤎 Just the two of us, brownies, a messy counter, and way too much batter tasting. (Yes, I’m having one after Hyrox prep day.)

How do you sneak in one-on-one time with your older kiddos? #bakingwithkids #fitmoms #momlife #motherdaughtertime #fallbaking🍁🍂 by @kns_keeping.it.fit

Went out for a “chill” 5K and came back with a PR 🫣🏅 Official chip time: 29:20 (Strava says 29:48 because I forgot to stop my watch 🤦🏼‍♀️). Didn’t chase it, didn’t plan it, just trusted my training. Legacy Race & Hyrox, I’m coming for you 💪 #runnersofinstagram #5k #personalbest #runningmotivation #hyroxtraining by @kns_keeping.it.fit
