Life has a way of testing all of us. Some days you come in feeling strong. Some days you’re just trying to make it through the door. The beautiful thing about this community is that nobody has to do it alone. The coaches, the staff, and the people beside you aren’t just helping you through a workout. They’re helping you build the resilience to keep showing up when life gets hard. That’s what this place is really about. by @kodacfnorman
At Koda CrossFit Norman, you’re not just showing up to complete a workout written on the whiteboard. You’re showing up to be COACHED. Every class. Every movement. Every athlete. With over 15 coaches on staff, you get the opportunity to learn from a variety of coaching styles, perspectives, and experiences. Different eyes, different cues, and new opportunities to get better every single day. Whether it’s your first class or your 1,000th, our goal is the same: help you move better, get stronger, and leave better than you came in. We don’t just lead workouts. We COACH. That’s the Koda difference. by @kodacfnorman

We use class attendance data to help us make decisions about our schedule, including when to add, adjust, or keep class times. Our coaches do a fantastic job of getting everyone checked in, but with busy classes and a lot going on, sometimes a check-in can get missed. If you love a particular class and want to help ensure we’re making the best scheduling decisions, please take a moment to sign yourself in. Every check-in helps us better understand what classes our community wants and needs! 🙌 by @kodacfnorman
