“I can react to situations so much quicker now… before I was just running on nicotine, caffeine, and whatever I grabbed out of the fridge.”
This is the reality for a lot of people working in hospitality. Long shifts. Constant pressure and little sleep or shit sleep.Living off caffeine and whatever food is quickest like kebabs after a long ass shift.

And after a while you don’t even realise how drained you actually feel.
For him, the biggest shift came from doing a few simple things consistently:

Fueling his body properly.Training regularly.Dropping the alcohol.
Now work feels less stressful, he thinks more clearly, and problems that used to feel overwhelming are just… manageable.
Not because the job changed.Because he did.

If you’re a hospitality manager who feels exhausted, out of shape, and stuck in that cycle of caffeine → stress → alcohol → repeat…
I can help you break it. I work with hospitality professionals who want to lose body fat, regain their energy and get back in shape without sacrificing their career.

You don’t have to keep running on empty. 💪 by @koko.nutrition

Not sure how this turned into a TED Talk, but here we are.

My story of how I grew in hospitality and came to do what I do now: helping hospitality professionals live healthy and thrive in their career.

I truly wake up excited to do this every day.

I'm here to challenge the industry norm of burnout, chaos, and self-neglect because hospitality leaders and professionals deserve more.

🌱 THE MATHEMATICS OF GROWTH

What if feeling happier and more fulfilled wasn’t about reaching your goals, but making progress towards them?

Dreams are great, but without deadlines, strategy and consistent action, that’s all they’ll ever be.

The magic happens when you turn those dreams into progress.

Because fulfilment isn’t something waiting for you at the finish line.

It’s something you experience along the way while growing.

The equation is simple. The work is yours. 🌱 by @koko.nutrition

If you’re in a fitness journey and tired of starting over: listen up.

You need a system that is built for your environment, instead of doing more shit that doesn’t stick and eventually falls apart.
