Getting to see my curated pieces styled by different stylists is one of my favorite parts of what I do. 🤍 Seeing the joy and excitement on someone’s face when they truly connect with a piece reminds me every day why I love this journey. I believe that simple, timeless pieces can be styled in countless ways. Every person brings their own personality, creativity, and unique perspective, and it’s such a beautiful experience to watch each look come to life differently. Fashion isn’t just about clothing-It’s about self-expression, and I’m so grateful to witness it every day. Thank you @strivelab.ca for having me! #clothingboutique #timelessfashion #timelesspieces by @konkhmerhouse

Let’s meet the heart behind @konkhmer_vintage I was born and raised in Cambodia, surrounded by the retail industry. As a kid, I spent weekends helping my mother at her clothing store. I remember the excitement of selling and watching customers fall in love with the pieces my mother carefully selected. Those moments shaped me, igniting a passion for fashion that I carried with me to Canada. Inspired by my mom’s love for fashion and her dedication to her shop, I pursued my own journey in the industry. Being around clothing brings me immense joy—it’s more than just fabric and style; it’s a connection to home, a reminder of the little girl who found happiness in the simple act of sharing beautiful pieces with others. At KonKhmer Vintage, we do more than curate clothing—we preserve memories, celebrate culture, and support small Cambodian business owners who are facing economic hardship. Every piece we offer tells a story, and every purchase helps sustain a dream. by @konkhmerhouse
I just want to say a big thank you to @oohfest x @therealflymarket for giving me the opportunity to showcase my small business @konkhmer_vintage at ByWard Market. It was such a meaningful experience to be surrounded by so many passionate and creative business owners — people who truly love what they do. The energy was inspiring, and the conversations I had with vendors and customers reminded me why I started this journey in the first place. When you’re building something from the ground up, it’s easy to get caught in the hustle. But moments like this remind you that it’s not just about selling products — it’s about connection, community, and staying true to your vision. Thank you for creating a space that uplifts and supports small businesses. I’m leaving this experience feeling more motivated, more inspired, and more proud of how far I’ve come. ✨ Thank you to every customer who stopped by, made a purchase, or simply showed support during the market — your support truly means the world to small businesses like mine.🤍 #smallbusinesssupportingsmallbusiness #ottawasmallbusiness #clothingboutique #bywardmarketottawa #popupmarket by @konkhmerhouse

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine this full-circle moment. I used to be a little girl, walking through markets with my mom, helping her sell clothes. And now, I get to bring her along as I run my own vintage stall. What was once a childhood dream is now my reality. God is so good and so intentional.🤍 Thank you, @urbanartcollective.ca , for welcoming both me and my mom. We had the best time—your community was so kind, and your team so thoughtful and caring. To everyone who stopped by and supported KonKhmer Vintage, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Some of you came because you saw our event post and marked it on your calendars—my heart was truly in awe. Your love and support mean everything to us. So, so grateful. 🤍 #smallbusinessowners #womenbusinessowners #clothingboutique #ottawasmallbusiness #popupmarket #ottawatourism by @konkhmerhouse

This weekend, I had the privilege of attending @femmesnoires.co From the Ground Up as a vendor. And let me tell you—being in a room full of powerful, creative women was nothing short of inspiring. It was a reminder that when women come together, rooted in faith and vision, powerful things happen. What stood out to me the most was the boldness in the room—the boldness to show up, to build, to dream, even when it’s hard. The boldness to walk in your God-given calling, even when you don’t feel ready. And that kind of courage… it’s contagious. Sometimes, we wait until we feel qualified or confident. But God doesn’t call the qualified—He qualifies the called. This event reminded me that obedience is greater than perfection. So if you’re holding back, waiting for the ‘right time’—this is your sign. Start now. Walk boldly. Become who God created you to be. I’m so grateful for the love and support everyone showed for KonKhmer Vintage. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Pastor @natashaakaycee Thank you for an amazing event, I’m so inspired by you🤍 #smallclothingbrand #smallclothingbusiness #womenowned #faithoverfear #womeninspiringwomen by @konkhmerhouse
