A Konshens State of Mind™: The Soundtrack of the Soul is an immersive evening of music, poetry, storytelling, and reflection exploring the melodies, memories, and moments that shape who we become. Blending the lyrical power of hip hop and spoken word with the improvisation of jazz, the depth of soul, and the elegance of classical music, Konshens The MC creates an experience that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.

More than a performance, The Soundtrack of the Soul invites audiences to listen beyond the music—to the rhythms of identity, purpose, resilience, love, and legacy that compose the soundtrack of our own lives. Through captivating storytelling and dynamic performance, each moment becomes an invitation to reflect, reconnect, and discover something unexpected within yourself.

Led by Tarik "Konshens The MC" Davis—U.S. State Department Global Cultural Ambassador, United Nations Land Ambassador (UNCCD), Grammy Community Award Recipient, Grammy Museum Teaching Artist, Kennedy Center Next 50 Honoree, U.S. Presidential Service Award Recipient, Fulbright Alumni, and son of hip hop pioneer Master Gee of The Sugarhill Gang—this signature experience celebrates artistic excellence, cultural heritage, and the transformative power of self-expression. by @konshensthemc
