Previews of some new work for a beautiful Spanish revival home in Beverly Hills. by @koritto
One of the most impressive houses I’ve shot wasn’t for work, but a steel framed house designed by Raymond Acebo aka @chloealessandraa ‘s grandpa in 1966. This house represents his life and when he was stationed in Japan when he was in the navy, he fell in love with Japan which is why you see a lot of Japanese inspiration in his home. As a Navy man, painter, and architect, he’s lived one hell of a life! Excited to hear more of your story. Happy 96th birthday pops ❤️ by @koritto
Last photo dump from this home in PV. Scroll to the end to see the steam shower 🧖‍♂️ by @koritto
Transitional areas of a home (hallways and entrances) are often overlooked but to me are one of the most important parts of a house. This home does it well with the giant skylight right at the entrance and all of the natural light that gets flooded into the hallways. by @koritto
Blessed and busy- so much so that I haven’t had time to post some of the work I’ve been doing the past few months. Here’s a great little STR/Airbnb that I photographed in Koreatown a few months ago. What I’ve learned after shooting a ton of properties at this point is bigger isn’t always better- some of my favorite spots that I’ve photographed have been smaller spaces that have been well thought out and really have that human fingerprint to it. Not just some generic AI designed IKEA catalog, or a space that’s too big for its own good. But a space that really reconnects us with nature and with our humanity, those are spaces that make us feel the most at home. This space is a perfect example of that. Shout out to my friend Carina that designed this beautiful gem! by @koritto
Just like photography, lighting is also everything in a home 👌🏻 by @koritto
Some new work on this dreamy Spanish style casita in the hills of Palos Verdes. Sometimes I still can’t believe that I get paid to do this. I started off this journey shooting tiny little Airbnbs and properties wherever and whenever I could. And to now be able to shoot incredible spaces like this feels so surreal to me. But whether I’m shooting a big property like this or a tiny little studio somewhere, I love all of it and I don’t take any of it for granted. Thank you to all of my clients that took a chance on me and trusted me enough to capture their spaces, I wouldn’t be here without you 🙏🏻🤞🏻 by @koritto
Most Airbnbs I shoot look like they’re straight out of a IKEA showroom, so to be able to shoot a property like this is definitely refreshing to my creative palette. The owner of this lowkey spanish bungalow in Los Angeles calls this the Arrakis bathroom. Shot on assignment for @airbnb by @koritto
Been really enjoying shooting spaces that have more organic shapes and textures. Being connected to nature at all times is a great way to live. by @koritto
