Full details of the workout -

Start with full body stretching and then move to conditioning (sprint and stops, slides, back running, jumps, agility ladder, basic ball handling)

Keep shooting every variation of the shot until you make 5 of them and hit a full court all out sprint before moving to the next variation. It's important here to not just stick to the motions but keep bringing back the focus to real game simulation. Be explosive with your dribble moves and pull ups. Always imagine your defender in front of you and work with speed, power and purpose. Or you defeat the purpose of working out.

Water breaks every 25-30 minutes.

Close the session by hitting free throws until you make 3/5/10 in a row, whatever works best for you. After every miss throw in a plyometric workout, here Arjun did 5 pogo jumps but any variation of box jumps, burpees or single leg explosive jumps will also do.

If you also want to improve your skill, get more minutes in your games and show your coach clear value addition in your usability - hit me up!
