Btw, never to late to post these snippets.

maromas del ego (which translates something like ego drifting) was my first solo release and also our first release as a label in Bajo Constructo.

8 tracks that that are a combination of experiences and explorations that move around syncopated rhymes, textures, filtered hats, drones and electric, sharp synths.

A small detail about this release I like that I like to address is that the design was inspired by these first parties i attended when i was 17. Everything felt new back then. The music was slower and had a lot of cadence; it sort of felt like a ritual. The first track that comes to my mind when I think of all that is “Why They Hide Their Bodies Under My Garage” By Blawan, everything felt visceral to me.

I ended up finding inspiration in Grotesque visuals, and basically, this was the result.

1. Guaduales y calles rotas
2. Líquidos de criterio
3. Éxodo latino
4. Gira sol
5. Maromas del ego
6. Sin título
7. Medejean (my fav)
8. Maromas del ego (@nvllepart remix)
