You have the best energy!!! This is what I hear after 99% of my interactions and here’s why. I practice Reiki and energy work every day, all day ✨ My training in yoga and Reiki is a big part of what makes me good at what I do, and a real reason the business works. It’s in the contracts I sign, the calls I take and every room I teach in. your energy is your currency 🌀 P.S. I have completed all levels of training + master certification and am trained in giving reiki with energetic consent. 💫 by @kristaripma
Kinda chic to step out of your comfort zone and let @hihoneyitsbunny handle the rest. ✨ Her inspo for this fully channeled photoshoot was a 90’s Ralph Lauren covershoot & we seriously nailed it. Applications for our women investing in women’s grant open Monday. A new era of women founders are literally building media companies they own & it’s changing what’s possible for the rest of us. We finally have access our mothers didn’t. Access the women who taught us online business didn’t have either. Audiences. Capital. AI. Distribution. Each other. The rules are wet cement. And these women are writing them. In my newest piece on Said The Gemini, I’m sharing 10 women who are quietly building media empires on Substack — what they’re doing differently, what we can learn from them, and why this might be the most exciting moment ever to be a woman building something of her own. Tag a woman who’s building it differently. 🤍 Read the full article on my Substack — Said The Gemini ♊️ ✨ Featured: @polinampompliano (The Profile) @emilysundberg (Feed Me) @diannacohen (Take Your Time, Crown Affair) @melaniemasarin (Night Shade, Ghia) @meganalidastrachan (WIPOT, Dorsey) @anuatluru (Working Theorys) @sarahnoeckel (Femstreet) @clairemazur & @ericacerulo (A Thing or Two) @hannahbronfman (Hannah’s List) @jas_ws (Failings of a Female Founder) by @kristaripma
Educate yourself on the things that matter. AI is everywhere and how we use it, talk about it, share about it… matters. So let’s talk about it… said the Gemini. @inflatedwhimsy is joining my masterclass in @theauthenticbusinessclub next Tuesday to talk about AI ethics and writing our disclosure statements so our clients and customers can understand how we are or are not using AI in our businesses. We’re looking at 2 sides of this conversation. I know there are many more than just 2 but we’ve been having a great convo in our voice notes about this and we want to share what we are learning with you. I hope you’ll come. Comment CLUB to join us. by @kristaripma
AI is in your business. It’s in mine too!! I’m obsessed with it, and I sure as hell want my team using it. But we don’t get to call ourselves authentic brands and then hide how our work gets made. AI, like money, just makes us more of who we already are… Swipe for the trust test, the 3 levels of AI, and a disclosure line you can steal today ✨ And if you want the full version (what to disclose, where to put it, and how to say it so it reads as confidence and clarity), I’m teaching it live next week inside my monthly masterclass. Comment CLUB and I’ll send you the link. Xo by @kristaripma
Tis the season for shedding what is no longer serving us. 🐍 I haven’t chopped my hair like this since 2016. 10 years of of energy… asking to be released. I cannot tell you how good it feels physically, energetically, spiritually. The hair holds on. It was time to go. And let it all go. If you were looking for a sign to transform this season— this is it. Happy Scorpio season my witchy women. by @kristaripma

Wondering what it’s like to work with me? Hear from my recent clients on their experience. 🪩 Hi, hello, if you’re new here, I’m Krista. I’m a founder, business and marketing strategist, investor, writer, wife, Gemini, mom of 2 and the person women call when they have a giant vision, 12 competing ideas and need someone who can see the whole business, find the thread and help them make the next right moves. I have spent nearly a decade building businesses, growing audiences, launching offers, raising money, leading teams and helping women turn what is in their heads into something clear, strategic and profitable. I work with founders privately through 1:1 strategy, ongoing advisory and VIP Days, and I have a very limited number of spots available for the rest of Q3 and Q4. If you’ve been reading these testimonials thinking, okay hello, I need Krista in my business, let’s talk. DM me and tell me what you’re building. xo Photos brought to you by the dream team @annahaas_creative x @hihoneyitsbunny ✨ by @kristaripma
WHEN WOMEN GATHER. ✨ This was our first @theauthenticbusinessclub X @suenossocialclub collab event and we are still buzzing from the energy in this room. Tiffany and I met IN PERSON at @soulwardsummit in Nashville in March, in April we decided we wanted to join forces and collab, and now here we are. An idea into reality in 6 months. Like magic. Many of these women we had never met before. And yet they showed up, on a rainy evening in LA for themselves, their businesses, and each other and we are so grateful. MORE OF THIS. MORE WOMEN SUPPORTING WOMEN. MORE WOMEN INVESTING IN WOMEN. MORE WOMEN IN WEALTH AND HEALTH AND POWER AND LOVE. More soon! xx Krista + Tiffany by @kristaripma
A LOVE LETTER TO MY SCORPIOS 💌 It’s Scorpio season and I am not okay (in a hot way). My second favorite season of the year...and also the second most misunderstood sign of the zodiac. To the Scorpios in my life - this one’s for you. You see more. You feel more. You notice the thing nobody said out loud, and you’re usually right about it. You love intensely, and you don’t apologize for it. Good. Don’t. People have called you too much your whole life. Too deep, too private, too intense, too picky. Here’s what I see: a woman who knows exactly what she wants, refuses to settle for less, and is building a whole life (and business!!) around being fully herself. That’s not too much. That’s the whole point. Your sensitivity is a superpower. Your standards are a compass. Your authenticity is your art. Keep going. I love you. I see you. XO, K by @kristaripma
In astrology, the same house rules your health and your daily work ✨ Your body, your mind and your business are one system. When they line up, you stop reacting and start building. @itstiffanyleo and I are teaching exactly how, live in LA next Wednesday at @suenossocialclub. Save this, send it to your business bestie, and comment HEALTHY for the invite 💌 Event link is in my bio too! by @kristaripma
To the women who read every detail of the Lindsay Clancy trial and barely had time to come up for air before the Cornell 7 took over your feed and your focus, who are scrolling and sharing and grieving and growing during nap time, building families and businesses while carrying the weight of what it means to be a woman while raising women in this world… I see you. We are Jane Doe. We are her mother. We are raising her. We are remembering ourselves at her age. We are imagining the women our daughters will become and praying the world is gentler with them than it has been with so many of us. Women are gravity. And the world is spinning. #raisingthefuture #daughters by @kristaripma
