Honoring my daddy today. 4 years of life lived without him…seems hard to believe! It’s still a strange feeling for life to just carry on with a huge hole in it.
He would have loved having a German beer with Jer today. We even made sure we had a small piece of German chocolate cake…you know…for him!
I miss him. I miss his wisdom. I miss his hugs! by @kristin.blackberg

The whole weekend with my guy. ❤️

I loved getting to share his first trip to the Grand Ole Opry with him, then slowing down and relaxing together at the Gaylord.

After all these years, he’s still my first choice, my best friend, and my favorite person to do life with.

What a weekend. ❤️ by @kristin.blackberg

Good things happen in my kitchen when Morgan is here! She didn’t learn to cook like this from me!! by @kristin.blackberg

I can’t get enough of the morning sun and this snow! Thankful for God’s seasons…for the beauty of each season…even the challenges of each season!

It’s finally my here. You are 18 today, a day I know you have been looking forward to for a while.

You are ready to move on to the next chapter and become more independent, make lifelong friends and have new adventures…and that’s exactly what you are doing!

If I could turn the clock back just a little, I would take you mining for gems one more time and go back to PCB to watch you shell hunt with dad again.

You see…you will always be my little girl!

Happy 17th Birthday to my girl!!
She is kind! She loves Jesus!
She’s so ready for the adventures of college life next year!
I think of her as fearless…but it’s not that she’s never afraid, but she just never stops pushing through, pushing forward!
She is God’s greatest blessing to us!
Happy Birthday Moe!! by @kristin.blackberg

Happy Sweet 16!!
I’ll be honest...I wasn’t looking forward to this day because I’m not ready for her to be so grown up.
But now that the day is here...I’m just so proud of her. Proud of who she is. Proud to be her momma!! by @kristin.blackberg
