tomorrow, im officially moving out into my own place so today marks the last session at my first local gym that carried me through these past almost two years 😭

i spent nearly 250 days and made all of my progress here. figured out how to do my first solid push up and pull up, made my first gym friend, became a morning person, and learned to really enjoy the process of locking in.

feeling bittersweet, but im excited for what’s next (and to start tracking my macros LOL) by @kt_blading

how i moved last week 🏃🏻‍♀️

i like to lift 4x a week and i try to sprinkle in dancing and skating at least 1-2x a week whenever i can!! by @kt_blading

missing @theshuffleverse so had to run back all the choreos i learned from that weekend

for half of last year i couldnt shuffle because of a tendon injury so to be able to dance and move again without pain is truly a feeling like no other

been wanting a place to document my lifts and dance and fitness stuff, so here we are

its been a year and a half since i started lifting as a hobby, but now it’s a lifestyle worth waking up at 5am for :’3

-squats (115lbs ➡️ 135lbs)
