My Homemade Granola Recipe INGREDIENTS 300 g rolled oats 1 tablespoon olive oil 100 ml maple syrup 2 teaspoons honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon A pinch of vanilla extract A pinch of sea salt A handful nuts, roughly chopped 100 g raisins (optional) METHOD 🔥 Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). 🥣 Mix all ingredients except the raisins in a large bowl until well combined. 📜 Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly. 👩🏼‍🍳 Bake for 15–20 minutes. Depending on your oven, you might want to stir once halfway through to ensure even toasting. 🍇 Remove from the oven, add the raisins, and let the granola cool completely. 🫙 Store in an airtight container. 🙌🏼 Enjoy by @ktinka.eats
