🌘Yintroducing Kudos Lokey✨
A seasoned and prolific music producer and internationally acclaimed DJ with a very wide and dynamic range of cross-bending genres.

Here is their Yin Define:

When I am feeling connected to Yin I am receptive, patient and gentle.
Deep into the dark womb of nurture, I am able to dream wide when Yin has been welcomed in my breath, into my music and within my heart.
Movement is flowing, calm and deliberate, there is a sense of listening and openness.
There is kindness in my touch, in my words and in my gaze.
There is no rush, no urgency to complete or solve when Yin is present.

The forest calls to me when I am out of balance, where harmony is revealed in the diversity of life working together. I am invited back into slowness. This is where I can hear the speaking of things that can’t be named, when I am feeling connected to the Yin side. by @kudos_lokey

Have you got your EARLY BIRD ticket yet for Dancing Into Balance on Sept 17th with Kudos Lokey? 👀

Fall Equinox happens only once a year, providing us with a great opportunity to move into the sharpest time of the year. Dancing into Balance is an ecstatic dance journey orchestrated by Toronto-based DJ and producer and community favourite, Kudos Lokey!

Arrive and have a moment to connect and land into self, explore the inspiring installations throughout the space, including a special Autumn Equinox altar created by Leslie Brennan to honour the turning of the season.

The journey begins with an introduction and activation meditation with Paz, followed by a warm-up flow with Hailey Dobis. From there, the movement journey with Kudos Lokey will lead the way into the Rising Fall, closing all together in a circle to complete the activation.

An invitation into a slower, thoughtful and restorative season with warm food, yoga, ceremony, music and friends. I can hardly wait to put my feet on to the generous land of Nova Scotia to experience the Yin Divine Collective. by @kudos_lokey
