POSTS STORIES REELS

Some of the most honest conversations we’ve ever heard started with a song.

That’s why we built this. Not to cover music, but to let music do what it does best: open the room, lower the guard, and make space for the human behind the art.

A pair of Pioneer leather headphones. A game with her dad. And the moment music became the language when the other words weren’t enough.
That’s where @frequentseat comes from. And that’s what @kvcardenas explains in this video better than we ever could.
Music as a door, as an excuse. For the conversations that actually matter.
@frequentseat by @kvcardenas

This journey started with something we couldn’t name. We didn’t set out to document music or document stories. We set out to sit with people and listen. And something unexpected happened along the way: the right people heard the invitation before we had the words to explain it. Before we had anything to show.

They crossed our path anyway. And stayed.

Every stop since has been filled with stories that changed the pace and the atmosphere. The people who hopped in, the ones who stayed, and the ones who will join us still.

Thank you for sitting with us.

The feeling that started all of this is still very much on board. So are we.

@silvanaahumada 🧡✨ by @kvcardenas

Two worlds. One room. One night that neither of them saw coming.

We brought @_giafu and @brendanavarreteoficial story off the screen and into the space. Fortune cookies with messages written for this specific evening.

Mahjong from @mahjandcoffee and Domino board games. Decoration by @lalinterna.us that colored the space. A chocolate-infused tea and a ritual inspired by @awkichocolate_usa that mixed Latin and Asian traditions in a single cup. Asian-Latin Mixology by our venue host @thisconventillo sponsored by @mezcalunion and @brugal1888rum. Food by @phucyea inspired by both cultures.

A live performance together, for the first time. The room felt it. We hope you do too when you watch the episode.

Thank you to everyone who was there, and to the team and partners who made it possible. To all our friends and family who supported us from the beginning and still believe in us. From the words by @arturonunezspeaks to the music brought by @cucu_earcandy @earcandymusic.co

What do you do when your location cancels on a Friday and you’re filming on Sunday?

@martinahoyos didn’t hesitate. She offered her parents’ home without thinking twice. Her mom @lorenzagonzalez set the table with her own ceramics and turned their backyard into the warmest set we’ve ever had ✨✨✨✨

These photos are through the lens of my friend @vir_fe_ , who was on a layover in Miami, with only a few hours to spare.
Little did she know, that day would turn into breakfast with ceviche, an afternoon with @losmirlos and @chefanthonyverastegui , and a shoot that felt less like production and more like being welcomed home.

Martina y familia, gracias 🧡✨

Miami has the talent. It has the culture.
Yesterday at @unsinlive Festival, we sat down with three people who have been doing exactly that. @adamganuza from @rhythmfoundation (@miamibeachbandshell), @arturonunezspeaks from @danteshifi, and @mauespinosatcherassi from @zeyzeymiami kept it real about what it takes to build something lasting in this city.

The takeaways? Authenticity over everything. Build community, not just an audience. Have the courage to start before you feel ready. And be patient, because this city rewards the ones who stay.

Proud to be the bridge for conversations like this one, moderated by our founder @kvcardenas

Special thanks to @juliandk and all the team behind @unsinlive for believing in the power of both, music and stories.

Miami didn’t wake up as a music city… it’s been humming for decades. 🌴🎶

This panel opened up that exact conversation. Not from hype, but from people who’ve been building inside the gap for years. From institutions like Rhythm Foundation to spaces like Dante’s HiFi and ZeyZey, the message was clear: Miami isn’t finished… it’s in process.

If you’re an artist, this isn’t just a scene to watch. It’s one to navigate. by @kvcardenas

There are legends you read about. And then there are the ones you get to sit across from on a train.

Thank you @therealjoebataan Still on the road, still looking for something.

Coming soon on @frequentseat in collaboration with @zeyzeymiami

Thank you @mauespinosatcherassi and @ra_j2 for making this possible

Sat down with @adrianmquesada @kinkytheband @yeyasmiles @pehuenchemx in Austin this week.
Different questions, and journeys, but every single one of them came back to the same thing: their Mexican and Latin roots. The pride of mixing where they come from with everything else they’ve absorbed. That’s where the uniqueness lives. That’s the thing you can’t manufacture.
Grateful to @podersuave @rarceloz and @lamanchitaroja for the invitation. For building something around the kind of power that doesn’t make noise but moves everything, the power of community.
Their stories are coming soon to @frequentseat
And we continue the journey, strengthening our own roots, and connecting with others along the way.
Cómo dice @kinkytheband Vamos queriendo más y más! 🙌🏽🧡✨ 🎥 @abreuhermes by @kvcardenas
